"The house was very clean and was comfortable for 2 couples. Renee, our hostess made our stay special by providing bottled water, snacks and stayed in touch via text to be sure all was good. We came here to bike and there is good biking around town leaving from the house.Also many other good trails nearby. The home is walking distance to the historic downtown which has lots of good restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. I would stay there again"

"It was a perfect location for us to attend Stetson and DeLand events. It was very quiet and very accessible. Everything was in perfect order and we loved the code entrance system. It was one less thing to worry about. "

"House looked as described and pictures are true to the appearance as well. House Was conveniently located only 1 mile from DT DeLand which worked out perfectly for our group. House is not anything fancy but it is clean and big enough for 6 people to stay comfortably. The fire detectors did end up needing batteries replaced and were constantly chirping the last night. Other then that the stay was good."

"This Vrbo is as pictured. Upon entering, the odor was an old musty smell. The double door entrance is kind of a pain. There was a dead roach on the floor and one in the kitchen sink. The set up was odd. Overall, I’d rate this a 5 out of 10."

"Our stay here was pleasant and it was nice to be able to walk downtown. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Only a few minor things were bothersome. Road noise was very loud. There was a very unpleasant smell in the house and we couldn't open some windows and others had no screens. Would have been nice to have a few more kitchen staples like sugar, salt etc. Communication with owner was wonderful tho."
