"the location and place were fine. A lot of things needed 'tightening up.' The bunk bed was not assembled tightly and wobbled. It also has a metal frame that was pressed up to a metal electrical box, which in many places would be a construction violation or hazard. Other things needed work. The porch light is burnt out. Things like that. "

"Jim's place was very centric and accessible. The place was clean and he was very chill and lovely to meet. We appreciated his hospitality and most likely come back next time we're in town!"

"Our group of 11 came to help our daughter move and to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. This house was perfect for a large group. Our adult kids loved the game room in the basement."

"We had an great stay at Cozy in KC. The house was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved living room, dining room and spacious kitchen. The location was about a 20 minute drive from downtown KC. While everything was great, just be aware that tv's are older with a fussy remote, but it didn't impact our overall experience. "

"Kelly and Marty were attentive but not intrusive. The place was so lovely and quaint. We enjoyed the bottle of wine...what a treat after a day of travel and shopping. It is such a neat location, and I enjoyed my walk through unique architecture and historic homes. We enjoyed the transformation book and how the space came to be. I ended up having to work for several hours and truly appreciated the internet speed. We have this location saved for future trips. Thanks!!!!!"

"Very nice property with a great kitchen and deck. Right down the street from family. Arthur is a great host."

"Our family converged on this property for a funeral and this was the perfect place for us to gather. The home had a large living room area where we could all be together. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to easily cook meals. The owner communicated well and we would book again."

"We had 8 adults, 8 kids and an infant for our annual family get-away. The interior of the home was spotless with plenty of room for everyone including plenty of towels and linens. The yard and area around the fire pit and pool was in need of some TLC but the pool itself was fantastic! Vani was very easy to communicate with. The AC had trouble keeping up upstairs and the lower level was cold, but the temperature outside was in the upper 90’s-100 every day. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We came to Kansas City to spend Thanksgiving with my husband‘s brother and his wife. We love the Plaza and the location was great. Having Pizza 51 just down the street and the Whole Foods market was also very convenient. We attended a Chiefs game on Friday and had many memorable and delicious meals. We were able to walk to the Capital Grille, Gram & Dun. Took an Uber to Union Station and ate at Pierpont’s. Walked to TaHa Mexican restaurant, which was excellent! "Went for the chiefs game. Had a blast. Came back to a clean comfy bed. Just as advertised. Parking lot and navigating the back alley was a little rough as far as terrain goes but it was doable. Was able to get to the stadium in 25 minutes in pretty thick traffic. Hopefully we will be back soon for another game. Go Chiefs!!!!"

"This is an older home that’s had many updates, but still has some quirks, such as squeaky kitchen cabinet doors. It was neat and clean and nicely decorated, and the bonus was the pool table. The pool sticks were broken, but new ones were brought over to the house in person. The backyard was fenced and there was plenty room for all four of us to enjoy our time together. "

"We were in the area for family wedding. Agent was great let us check in early. Conveniently located and clean. Had everything we needed for our trip. Would definitely stay again. "

"Since I booked through Expedia we were not informed that the hotel was going through a renovation and that the dining room would not be open except for cold sandwiches. I would never have stayed here for the amount of money that we paid for our room and the noise from the renovation no restaurant clogged up drain only 2 cups of coffee in the room only two towels in the room not impressed. I did report this to the front desk, which did give us a discount on the room and paid for our parking fees....
