Love these Daytona Beach condos
Such a nice view on the beach. The location is wonderful on no drive beach. This condo has plenty of things to cook with and enjoyed not having to eat out every night. Beds were comfy. Definitely would stay here again.

Went to see the Rolex 24 and it was an ideal distance from the track. Was quiet as well which was nice. Cleanliness, communication and the rest was all on point.

Fun in Florida and beautiful views!
We were able to find this condo at the last minute when our prior condo had issues with their balcony. The owners were very easy to work with.. the condo was clean and spacious. A well stocked kitchen and comfortable living area. Also.. a great view of the ocean from the balcony as well as beautiful views of the sunset from the front porch area.

Great Place to Relax
This was a great place to stay. Pictures were true to accommodations. Great view of beach and easy access to everything. Easy check in. Place very clean and well maintained. We come to Daytona a lot and would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is one of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed. From the location, to the cleanliness, to the ease of communication with the manager - it was all a delight. Pictures portrayed it perfectly, no surprises. We will definitely be back and we'll stay longer.

Great stay!
Condo was clean, had everything you needed inside and on property. Nice basketball, tennis courts. Pool and you walk right out onto the beach! This property is very well taken care of! We will definitely be coming back!

The property was very nice. Parking garage was not a pleasant experience and very steep. Had trouble unlocking the door and re-locking it had to wait 45 minutes and finally figured it out. When the unit above us flush the toilet around water it ran down the wall on the inside wall of the bedroom very loud. The fan in the primary bedroom was too noisy to use needs to be oiled the one in the guest room worked fine. The unit was very comfortable. The view was great. Dish soap dishwasher soap and laundry soap was provided that was very helpful. Extra fees of $1000 seemed excessive. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property; horrible customer service
The property could not have been more beautiful, so we have no complaints with the property itself. The problem is with VACASA management. We planned a four night stay at this condo (in mid March), and unfortunately lost one entire evening 5:30 - 11:30 p.m., because the batteries in our keypad failed. After passing the responsibility back and forth, we realized then and realize now that it was just passing the buck back and forth with no one really assuming responsibility for this situation. I'm writing this on 4/26/22 as it has taken this long to get any satisfaction for this although I had been told many times that we would receive compensation for losing an evening in this property. I would caution anyone dealing with VACASA to be warned. Keep records. Be a pest until things are made right.

Nice place but some issues need attention.
While this is a very nice condo some issues need to be brought out. First an foremost, the T.V. is on line steaming and not cable. We found it almost impossible to navigate and find traditional channels like ABC, CBS etc. The instruction guide sheet for the t.v. listing many traditional channels was inaccurate and useless. What saved my sanity on the t.v. issue was that I have Cox Cable "Contour" remote access and can get most of my channels on my ipad. Second, the WiFi does not work work out on the balcony. Very strange indeed. We had 2 ipads and 2 cell phones and once we literally stepped over the threshold of the sliding glass doors, it would drop. Maybe it's the placement of the router? For people who may want or need to be productive while on their stay this is an irritant forcing you inside. Third, There needs to be a good general instruction paper or booklet with pertinent information in one place. We've stayed in Florida condo's for 6 years now and have never had to make our own ice from empty. Apparently VACASA has a policy of emptying the ice after each rental and turning off the ice maker. It literally takes about 24 hours to make about 1/3 tray of ice. So, when you arrive in the evening and want an ice tea or cocktail, no ice! We had no idea why no ice and thought the make was broke. No information or instructions for guests. How about starting the ice once its emptied from previous guest and said practice noted in an information booklet. We didn't know how to start the ice maker so we contacted the 24 hr. help line. After 2 days, it dawned on us we need to remove our garbage. In all our other places there was a garbage shoot in the outside hallway. Not here. We had to guess it was on the main floor and confirm by asking others by the elevator on what to do and where to put it. found it was in the parking lot. Again, an information book would help. A few minor issues are, fix the light under the microwave over the stove that lights up the stove area. The wood handled steak knives are not very good at all, they could be replaces by good old fashion cheap Ginsu knives for every day use. I've had mine for 40 years and still cut like new. The staff personnel that responded back to me when I called on several issues were outstanding. Fix these issues and make a nice place great.
