If you have stayed in the Sanibel condo building before you will love this unit recently re furnished and painted " over $30,000 spent shows like a model home" Family friendly 2nd floor over looking the pool and hot tub area. Last condo right next door to the " No Traffic " beach area. Assigned Underground parking with opener provided with parking pass, available overflow parking upstairs (MAX 2 cars per unit). Exercise room and pool table available on main floor in the Club room with outdoor cooking grills. After renting in the building 8 times we decided to buy our own unit. Once you visit you will fall in love and make it a yearly tradition like my family and friends do
