Beautiful Peace of Paradise
This property was absolutely beautiful! It is in the perfect location providing easy access to stores, beaches, and dining. The grounds are well kept and the landscaping is very serene. The condo is immaculate. It gets a perfect score for cleanliness and it has everything that you need to make yourself feel at home. I loved the large patio over looking the canal and the walking path right outside the door. The dolphins swam by and said hello in the mornings. The condo is a short walk away from the pool and the fishing pear is in the backyard. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Check in and out could not have been easier. I lost the email with check in instructions. The owner and management company replied immediately and resent the email. I will plan to stay here again and I hope it will be available for my next trip! If this condo is available BOOK IT before it goes! You will not regret it.

Beautiful place! So close to the intercoastal!
Excellent! Best king mattress I've ever slept on. 50 yards to the dock and intercoastal was great. Fishing was convenient. Beautiful view. Place was spacious, great pool and hot tub, and would rent again. Close parking is limited at times, but was still worth it.

Perfect Condo, close to beaches
This was an excellent place to stay, so close to so many amazing beaches. The property was very clean and spacious, nice kitchen, good rooms and beds. We especially loved that they had beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a boogie board, as we went to 5 different beaches in 5 days, and then came back and relaxed at night in the 2 amazing pools. Definitely one of the best VRBO' rentals we have ever stayed at.

Wonderful Condo on the Inter-coastal Waterway
My siblings and I rented this condo for the weekend and had a fantastic time! Everything was as advertised -- VERY clean and well appointed... everything you expect and need in kitchen and bathroom supplies. The pool was fantastic and the condo backed to the Inter-coastal Waterway with a wonderful walking path. Best of all, the hosts were super nice and VERY responsive to our questions. It's a gated community, but they ensured we had immediate access and then parking passes and a gate pass, a toll pass for the bridge to the beach and the pool gate key. Everything was well organized in this home. We had a terrific time. We'll definitely rent again when in the area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place!!
Thank you for everything we absolutely loved this place, it was very clean and had lots of amenities. It’s close to lots of restaurants and the beach. The back patio was so relaxing, we would sit outside and watch the boats on the intercostal. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!! Debbie was very easy to communicate with, and she got back to me almost instantly on the booking.

Really lovely location. Tidelands community is beautiful. Well equipped condo. They had umbrellas we used, laundry and well equipped kitchen. Very easy check in and check out.

What a Blessing!!
We had such a wonderful time at this awesome Palm Coast vacation spot! Our family had been in great need of a getaway and this was such a blessing! As former residents of Palm Coast, we return annually (sometimes more often!) to our favorite place in Florida. This was our first time in Tidelands and we will definitely return. The condo was super clean and comfortable. The owner was amazing with communication and so helpful! We will rent this place again ASAP!

Communication with the owner was great! the property was as expected since the photos showed what to expect. The bedding was comfortable, the linens were nice and the unit was quiet and spacious. I would recommend this property.

Palm Coast intracoastal view
We enjoyed the location, the ease of entry with keypad and the outdoor porch was lovely. The beds were good. The kitchen has the basic pots/pans, plates, cups and silverware. As with nearly every rental we have ever used, the knives are not for someone who cooks. The kitchen lacks big serving bowls and measuring spoons. The listing mentions covered parking spaces. We never found or saw those. The management company and the local contact given by the management company could not give an accurate answer as to how the entry to the gated property worked. Luckily the owner texted the night before our arrival with instructions and was responsive. The owner is generous to leave pass to cross the bridge to the beach side of Palm Coast. There were some previous renter items found under the beds, like paper trash, that led me to leave only 4 stars for cleanliness. We would stay here again because we enjoyed watching the boats go by, walking the trail and seeing dolphins.

Intracoastal Waterway Gem
We absolutely loved this ground floor condo in Tidelands. We chose it because it was listed as pet friendly and we were so pleased with the ease of being on the ground floor. The condo is just perfectly located with the most amazing views of the ICW. We spent so much time relaxing on the large screened lanai which has both a dining and seating area. The condo was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. The complex has 2 large pools which we used several times. There are walking/ biking trails within the complex which we used daily. It is located just minutes from European Village where we enjoyed a lovely courtyard dinner with music at La Piazza Cafe. The beach is a short drive over the toll bridge and the owner supplies a toll pass with their parking and gate passes. We also rented a pontoon boat for 1/2 day at Palm Coast Boat Rentals and went up the ICW to Matanzas Inlet. St. Augustine was just 30 minutes north for sight seeing and dinner. We loved Tidelands and Palm Coast and hope to return next year !

Stay at 35 Riverview Bend #1814
We had 6 people to stay and only received 4 towel sets. There were no garbage bags except the one in the basket, one dish towel, no soap and no shampoo. Had to go to the store to get all this. Thought we paid a fee to have at least these Items provided.
