Summary:
Vacation in Paradise. Swim all you can swim in a large screened in pool. Large Living room, Formal dining room, Formal living room/office, completely equipped kitchen. Primary has a large garden tub and closet. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, dining, Pine Lakes Golf course and only minutes from the beach. Whether you are coming for a week or for a month you will enjoy your wonderful vacation. This home will easily accommodate up to 6 people.

The Space:
Vacation in Paradise. Swim all you can swim in a large screened in pool. Absolutely adorable & cozy family pool home. Large Living room, Formal dining room, Formal living room/office, completely equipped kitchen with all the chefs needs to cook delicious meals. Primary has a large garden tub and closet.


Home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, dining, Pine Lakes Golf course and only minutes from the beach. Whether you are coming for a week or for a month you will enjoy your wonderful vacation. This home will easily accommodate up to 6 people.


Pets are welcome $100 per pet fee will apply.


Pool has been converted to Salt Water.


Please note: Pool is not solar heated or heated.


There are two bicycles located in the garage for your use.

Spend the day swimming or relaxing. Crescent, Flagler, St. Augustine, Daytona, and Beverly beaches are all within 12-30 minutes of the home, so you'll get to enjoy plenty of time in the Florida sunshine.

Tuesday: Household waste Wednesday: Yard waste Friday: Recycling and Household waste Recycling goes in the plastic boxes in the garage. Household waste in the blue bin. The containers are left out at the edge of the road on the relevant day.


Arrival Notes:  
To open the front door, use the same key for both locks. Turn the top lock right and the bottom lock left to open. Reverse this to lock.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.

Comfortable and well stocked
We had a great experience at this property. The home was as advertised and in both a convenient and safe location. I found the kitchen and towels to be very well stocked and could easily have accommodated a larger group and/or someone who intends to cook frequently and/or larger meals. The lights outside made it festive and welcoming, especially since we were there in the fall on nights when the temperatures dropped to the 60s. I appreciated the desk/office set up in the front door (I didn't remember seeing this when I booked) since I was WFH and my daughter doing school work while we were there (and internet was more than adequate to do so).

The pool was very refreshing to have while working out in fl heat. There could have been more trash bags and toilet paper for a two week stay and the ac didn’t work all that well on the far side of house. Plenty of cookware and and dishware Over all any problems were minor it’s worth the stay!

We had an amazing time and lots of thanks to the rental being perfect. The pool was great, lots of room in the house. My favorite surprise was the king size bed in the Master bedroom. We took a day trip to Daytona Beach, it’s less than an hour drive.

(Air conditioning was broken), which were quickly eliminated, it was a pleasant stay in a house where nothing was missing! Kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary, 2 almost new bikes in the garage, deckchairs for trips to the beach, quiet neighborhood. We'd love to come back

Our Stay.
After we booked this property the VRBO was in contact with us on several occasions. They want to make sure everything was in order. When we got there it was just fantastic. Everything was as advertised, clean rooms, great pool, and a very quiet neighborhood. We would recommend this place to anyone.

House was well taken care of and comfortable. Pool was great and pool area is well lit for evening or night time spent outside. Neighborhood was quite and well kept. Home was away from the bustle of town yet easy and quick to get to town.

Very Dirty House
This house was very disappointing. It was very dirty. There was hair everywhere and stuff smeared and splattered on the walls. Very dirty floors. Mold in various places. One of the legs on the beds was bent and broke. The other furniture is worn out and broke down. Palm tree in front yard hadn’t been trimmed and one of the palm fronds fell and struck a family member in the leg as he walked past it, cutting his leg. Upon arrival the pool was filled with coarse, black hair. We netted out what we could and had to request that it be cleaned the next day. Neighborhood was the only positive in this nightmare of an experience. Definitely would not recommend. Can attach pictures.

Great quiet family summer vacation
We really enjoyed our time at this home. The property was clean, the neighborhood quiet, and had everything we needed. While the weather wasn't perfect for our trip this house gave us somewhere to have fun. The salt water pool was amazing. We made multiple trips to St Augustine, Crescent Beach, and Flagler beach. All of these places were very enjoyable. The only thing I think could be improved is the Master Bed is very uncomfortable and loud. The bed in the guest rooms are much better. The outdoor grill area you see in the picture is mostly unusable but they have put in a new small grill you can use next to it which gets the job done.

Rental needs a thorough cleaning!
The home needs a thorough cleaning and update. There was a broken bed, a bag of garbage left in the kitchen, bedroom carpets are littered with brown and yellow stains, the shower had black mildew in the floor grout lines, the porch table was filthy, there were used tissues left in a box in the living room, food remains stuck to the placemats, kitchen surfaces were dirty, there were stained mattresses and no mattress pads on some of the beds, and used facemasks and food left behind furniture . I would not recommend renting this home until it is thoroughly cleaned.

Lovely Stay
I will mention the issues first. Upon arrival only the living room TV was working. The manager ordered a Roku (?) remote for the master. This is some kind of streaming service of which we were not familiar. The remote was a duplicate to what I later found in a drawer, probably put there from another clueless guest. The whole ordeal could have been avoided by a simple written instruction sheet. I hope they will take this advice. The other issue was the pool was advertised as solar heated. It was not. The pool maintenance man said it hadn’t worked for some time. Another problem was the cleaning people did not do a very thorough job. I was sweeping up long dark hair the whole stay. My hair is short and blonde. My husband is bald. I think there had been many different visitors since the throw rugs had been washed. Other than those minor issues, the property was beautiful and very comfortable for our month’s stay. The pool/patio area is terrific, very well laid out. The property is located near a golf course and the entire neighborhood is very nice. The property manager was easy to reach and quick to get back with me. My husband and I would not hesitate to return.

The house
When arriving to the home the grass was not cut the flower beds were full of weeds. There was recycling and trash on the edge of the drive way The kitchen table had disgusting nasty black stuff in the cracks, the counters were not clean the stove looked like it had not been clean in weeks. The dishes were not clean. There was still eggs on the spatulas, the Silverware was dirty along with the cups. The shower in master bedroom has black grime in the cracks of the tile where it had not been cleaned. The sinks in the master bedroom has tooth paste grime on them . The towels were folded and put up wet but after using the dryer I found out why, it takes 3 hours to dry some clothes. The wifi I was given was not the correct one and when asking the property manager she responded let me ask the people that was there before you, she did and responded they said it was slow but they didn't care because they were on vacation. That's not something you tell someone that just paid 1,412 for a week. She then responded it may need to be reset. Then her assistant texts me and asked if I got it figured out I said no she was also no help. I didn't figure it out til I found a white binder that was covered by magazines that had the correct wifi and password. The house is great but the cleaniness needs to be worked on, the dryer needs to be replaced oh yeah and the pool guy never came to clean the pool.
