"What a wonderful place! We went for Thanksgiving weekend. We could walk easily to the Historic Clifton Mill for Friday breakfast and Friday night light viewing. It was an easy walk to the Clifton Gorge Trail, where we hiked Thursday before Thanksgiving dinner at the Mill Park Hotel. The host popped by and was friendly and helpful. "Awesome old(Victorian?) building. Spacious room & spacious bathroom. Most of the decor appears to be antique. Could use a little sprucing up but, overall a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and treated us like family instead of visitors. "

"Extremely nasty dirty place. Urine all over the toilet seat and hair. Bathtub dirty sink dirty kitchen dirty. Flies everywhere. Mold on walls. Missing outlet covers. Unfinished walls. Front door lock didnt work at 1 point. Rotten food in the refrigerator and drawers of the cabinets. "

"Although we had an issue with the home being cleaned in preparation for our arrival, this was not at the fault of the owner and they were genuinely apologetic and beyond accomodating. I gave cleanliness 5 stars because outside of this the house was clean and organized. The home was very spacious and comfortable. Although it was December the kids enjoyed the wonderful outside settng. Would very a great place to come with a group of friends or family and just hang out. If you have to go into town...
