Drive 1 hour to visit the mountain town of Helen, Ga and discover the vineyards and Bavarian-style buildings or go hiking to Anna Ruby Falls.

The Location
• This home is in Dawsonville, on the north end of Lake Lanier and about 5 minutes from Simon’s North Georgia Outlet Mall and 20 minutes from downtown Dahlonega
• The house is located on a quiet cove, excellent for fishing, swimming or relaxing on the two-story dock
• The boat dock is a short gentle walk from the house. Bring your own watercraft to store in the covered single slip or jet ski port or relax on the upper deck, another place to enjoy the views
• Several boat ramps are only a few miles away from the property and don’t worry about fuel, Athens Boat Club is just around the corner
• The home is in a neighborhood but very private setting

Additional details
• House is three levels; all levels enjoy the view of the lake (The Lido Deck Apartment is not accessible from inside the home but has its own private entrance)
• Second full kitchen is located on the Lido Deck adjacent to outdoor hot tub
• Total of three SMART TV’s with approximately 50 channels, and High-speed internet
• Games and water toys are available for your personal use during your stay
• Large level yard with a firepit overlooking the lake to enjoy the sunset, roasting marshmallows or telling stories after a day on the lake
• We provide all linens and bath towels but ask that you bring your own towels for the lake
• Full size washer and dryer, located on main deck level, is available for your use

• Due to unforeseen allergies, we do not provide shampoo or conditioner
• Due to owner’s allergies and future guest allergies, we do not permit pets to stay inside or outside the house (even older well behaved, crated pets)
