3 Bedroom Condo( Beach, & fish) Beautiful Bayside View and Perfect Sunsets

Wonderful location and beautiful views from this second floor condominium nestled on Bayou Heron. Sleeping eight, this three bedroom, two and a half bath condo has your choice of elevator or stair entry and expansive waterfront views from its top floor location. Families will love the canal front POOL at Bayou Heron and boaters will love the boat dock with protected canal dockage. This unit is also within easy walking distance of the Blue Heron Park kayak launch, public Gulf Beach, restaurants, gift shops and more!
Attractive and comfortable, this condo has everything you’ll need. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender. The master bedroom has waterfront views, a King bed, TV with ROKU, private bath with garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms each have a Queen bad and are connected to the second full bath with combination shower and tub. A half bath is located just off the front entry for your convenience. The living area is equipped with a sofa-bed, ROKU and has a lovely North West waterfront view with doors exiting onto the large corner open deck.
Access this second floor condo using the common ELEVATOR or central stairs. A common grill is provided on the ground floor for use, no private grills are allowed. Bayou Heron Condo rules must be followed. Maximum of 2 vehicles and facility occupancy including any daytime visitors is limited to 8 persons total. Boats must be registered in advance of arrival, limit 1 boat. Boat trailers must be parked to the side of the complex. Address: 1514 Cadillac Ave, Dauphin Island, AL 36528 -Unit 2C

** Property has ring doorbel camera outside the unit. Also, there are security cameras facing the boat dock and pool area.

Perfect location
This condo was fantastic! Amazing views, beautiful sunsets, and all the amenities you might need. Walking distance to the public beach (bring flashlights at night as there is almost zero light on the beach if you are there after dark), great pool, great fishing.

Great condo and location!
We had a great 11 night stay. The condo is very roomy and well stocked. The location is wonderful-on the bayou and across the street from the gulf beach. Nice to have coffee on the lovely balcony and watch the spectacular birds! Thank you for a relaxing stay!!

Pleasant stay
We chose this property because it was priced right for our needs. We didn’t spend much time here other than a place to sleep and eat breakfast. I think once the construction on the patio is complete and the excess furniture is moved out it will be a very nice place. Overall it worked well for us.

DI is a great Vacay even on a holiday weekend. Beach access requires $10. Very secure. Owners of other condos friendly and concerned. Updating the VRBO to say balconies unavailable would be helpful.

Girls trip 2023
It had been 4 years since our last girls trip and no one had ever been to Dauphin island, a few had never heard of it! We had a blast! The location of the condo was fantastic and the condo met our needs! We were sad we couldn’t access the balconies with the fabulous views. We would recommend Dauphin island and the property wholeheartedly

Perfect in every way
What a lovely and fun place to stay. Location was perfect, the condo was roomy and clean. Bryan was so hospitable and his communication was excellent. He made things clear and welcoming. He reached out to us for other opportunities. He was laid back and helpful. It would be hard to find a better place to stay on Dauphin Island with a more welcoming host. FABULOUS!!

Loved the location. Rode bikes most places. The ocean beach access across the street! Loved the sunsets. Condo was well stocked. Easy covered parking under the condo! Byron contacted me quickly when I had questions accessing live TV. He walked me through it step by step. Will definitely use this rental again!

awesome location and views. property is very specious, comfortable and well equipped. owner was very communicative and helpful. owner had to do some urgent fixes on the balcony during our stay - did not bother us at all and offered extra night as compensation (which we were not able to use) we had some issues with the Wifi, which were resolved later on. all in all, had a very good time

The location was excellent, quiet with good view and walkable to a public beach. The property was clean and has generous supplies of all you need to stay comfortably. The owner was responsive. The water-heater was on the smaller side if you have a large group wanting to shower at about the same time. The only issue we encountered was the non-existence of internet, be prepared to use your own cellular data plan instead of the wifi.

The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The view is hard to beat. The furnishings could use a bit of updating but were clean. Great layout. The two-and-one-half baths were a plus, as was the elevator. I would definitely consider booking again.

Awesome stay on Dauphin Island
I would give this rental 10 stars if I could. Awesome host and easy check in. Condo is much bigger than we thought. Convenient to bay and ocean. Beautiful dock for fishing. Great pool area for the family. We loved the patio as well. We will definitely be back.
