"Lovely cabin and perfect setting. And wonderfully convenient - halfway between Hanover, where we were attending Dartmouth's graduation - and Plymouth, where the grad's dad lives. The place was spotless, the design was great with hooks just where you needed them, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever had. Be aware, however, of two things. First, as we were told in one of the communications we received a day or so before our trip, the hot water heater tank is on the small side, so...

"Overall good rental but these are 3 minor issues: 1. A railing from the parking lot to the front door would help to walk down the steps. 2. Additional bath towels and wash clothes are needed. 3. A large stone is missing from the last deck step to the dock."

"Fabulous location within a 2 minute walk to lake for swimming and other water activities. 5 minute drive to quaint downtown Sunapee and 5 minutes to Sunapee mountain! We were in the area for a wedding and our family of 6 fit comfortably into the cozy cabin with an expansive screen porch and comfortable couch seating for all. Made s’mores in outdoor fire pit and listened to loons calling on the lake. Weather wasn’t great but we still had fun and wished we could stay a week. Wonderfully responsive...

"The house was exactly what we were looking for! It was so clean and had a great layout. The house felt really private and the area seemed pretty quiet and peaceful, no noisy neighbors. Our older kid loved having the bunk house as a bedroom. And the screened in porch was the most perfect and comfortable place for us to have all of our meals. I was a little worried about the lake when we first arrived. The house is located in a grassy part of the lake. But it is a quick boat ride to the sandbar...
