"The cabin was very charming and rustic, clean and equipped. We were lucky enough to visit when there was snow and got the full winter wonderland experience. The kitchen had all cooking necessities and the gas fireplace was a nice touch. Would definitely go back."

"Very nice log cabin style cozy home right on hundreds of acres of forest and trails. Neil was great and even stopped on New Years Day when we had trouble getting the fireplace to work. It didn’t matter as home is warm and comfortable. Nice peaceful place to relax and catch up with family."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Vista Getaway. The peaceful, quiet, relaxed setting was perfect for my husband’s birthday. The house is clean and well maintained. The hot tub on cold winter nights was perfect. Communication with the owner was wonderful easy. We look forward to returning again. "

"We have stayed at this property a few times now while visiting our daughter at Bucknell. The location is great, very close to campus. The apartment is on the second story of a house (owner lives below) and very spacious and comfortable. If you have any mobility issues this may not be the place for you as there are quite a few stairs required to get in and also some up and down steps in the apartment, however for us it was perfect. "My wife and I stayed here for the 1st time. We invited my father and his wife for the last 2 days. It is hard to believe that such a private gorgeous property exists so close to Bloomsburg. It is quiet, it is a beautiful cabin. Chris and his family take the time to add and think of the small things that stand out. The cabin/house is clean and very well planned in decor. "A very cool place to stay. Not like any house, cabin, or cottage than a soda factory, completely renovated with the industrial look. That being said it was dark with all the gray. I liked how updated and fresh everything was, the new powerful appliances, and soft comfy beds. Except for the couches, which were old, and smelled like wet dog.
