"A group of friends came to GI to attend an event. This location was fantastic for this. A car ride downtown after was under $10. The property was clean and tidy. There was an interesting smell, reminded us of grandma’s house. There was no checkout info, so we gathered trash, started dishwasher, and stripped beds. We’d stay here again!"

"Very nice accommodations. Everyone had a wonderful time as there was plenty of room for 15 of us. It was very warm but the air worked great as most everyone stayed inside until it cooled off in the evening, then used the patio😊. Only problem was the worms coming in under the main door in the basement apartment. Most died but lots of dead worms in the living room and kitchen down there."

"The home exceeded our expectations. We each had our own bedroom and had two bathrooms for 3 ladies. It was comfortable, clean, smartly decorated and had all the amenities we needed like a Keurig coffee maker and toaster. Each bedroom and the living room has a ceiling fan. There’s a washer and dryer available and a hair dryer. There’s a large tv with a fireplace, although we didn’t use it. It was like a brand new home. We definitely would recommend it to everyone and would stay there again. "
