"Everything was just as described in the listing- wish we weren’t so tired from the beach to enjoy the pool! So close to the beach!!!Neighborhood was a little rundown but there are security cameras around the property entrances code door lock so that made us feel very safe you park in the driveway. Nice basement APT with good AC, comfy bed, arcade game, keurig, and the mini fridge had some water bottles which we def needed after the beach. "An amazing stay in the 4th of July weekend- great place, double pool, giant rooms and everything in, included a patio for chillout, grilling and enjoy weekends with family and friends. Also, owners are nice, really kind and we definitely stay in touch for future escapes"

"The property was lovely. There were extra towels and very well stocked kitchen supplies. My only complaint was the overwhelming odor after someone used the fireplace. I wish there was something to neutralize the smokey odor. Also it would be nice to have a tv in the bedrooms. At least a tv in the master bedroom. I would stay here again. "

"George was a wonderful host and so responsive with all my messages. The area was beautiful and my kids loved the fishing and kayaking. Every morning they woke up and went fishing and anytime we came back to the property, they went fishing and kayaking until it was too dark. There were so many adorable places amongst the property to sit and relax.The rooms had two king size beds, which was fine for them to share for the (2) nights we stayed.
