Conveniently located in the Trinity Groves, you'll have central access within minutes to everything Dallas has to offer. Come enjoy our wonderful 3 bed 2 full bath to suit all of your needs with a fully equipped kitchen, lightning fast wifi and cozy living space. You will love our extremely comfy beds; 2 kings, 1 queen+twin bunks for 8 people, as well as our comfy memory foam sleeper sofa in living room.

*Brand new! The home has recently been updated throughout as well as brand new central air installed*

You will be met with charm as soon as you open the door with the open space concept from living room to kitchen, perfect for quality time with your family/friends. With full access to the kitchen, you will have a small coffee station, fully ready stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of counter space including a full island for your food prep needs and desires. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready.

The front bedroom is right inside the hallway to the right and has a king bed, personal TV and closet. As you continue down the hall, bathroom one with full walk-in shower and complimentary washer and dryer will be the second door on the right. Bathroom two with full shower and tub follows. You will find the master bedroom with your other king bed, work desk, private TV and closet at the end of the hall. And finally, bedroom three with a closet, queen and twin bunk beds, which sleeps a total of four people, is at the end of the hall just to the left.

We live just a few minutes west on Singleton, so we are near and readily available to ensure your stay is as convenient and as comfortable as possible.

Bonus: there's a great Mexican restaurant conveniently just one house down right on the corner of the street that we recommend visiting during your stay.

You will have the entire home to yourself.

We are very relational and appreciate and value the conversation we have with each guest during the booking process, and will check on you from time to time to ensure your stay is going well and to check to see if you need anything throughout your reservation. Your communication is appreciated. We are also just a couple minutes down the road and ready to make sure you are taken care of for an easy and comfortable stay, no matter what time of day or night.

This is safe and lively area, being central and close to tourist attractions. The street we are on has a mix of new and older homes, which some people may interpret as not being the best area based on appearance. However, it is very safe, and our neighbors have enjoyed living here for 2-3 generations and look out for one another and will be sure to look out for you. Our home is conveniently located just two lots in from Singleton Boulevard, which will take you straight to all that the Trinity Groves has to offer and into downtown in just about 3-5 minutes.

There is potential for noise as this is a central location in the city, and can be expected on the weekends including Friday evenings. Some neighbors enjoy family time outside in the front yard and will play music and grill out from time to time. There is also a rooster in the neighborhood. For these reasons we have provided noise machines with various loud and soft sound features and settings to drown out the noise, and window AC units are also effective to drown out noise.

There are so many wonderful things to explore in the area. From great coffee shops, BBQ, parks, and attractions, you will find there is something for everyone. We recommend having a car wherever you go in Dallas. Ride sharing apps like Uber, Lyft are easy and readily available should you desire and need.

Other Things to note The previous guests broke one of the knobs to our stove. We have the new knob in order, but the oven is still fully operational and there should be no cause for concern.
