Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.
Welcome to your grand vacation home! The experience starts right as you pull up and see the charming and inviting exterior accented by the manicured front lawn. As you enter through the bright, open, high-ceilinged entryway, your jaw will drop as you take in your surroundings. The home is luxurious and lavish with gorgeous finishes throughout. The open concept layout, large windows, and soaring ceilings make the home feel even more spacious. The front of the home features a large dining room perfect for enjoying meals together as a group. The spacious living room with a gorgeous fireplace is open to the kitchen. It features huge windows, almost floor to ceiling, letting in lots of sunlight and offering a great view of the backyard. One of the great extras in this home is a cinema room! Furnished with a comfy couch (that opens to a queen size bed), movie theater-style chairs, a foosball table, and movie posters adorning the walls, you’re sure to have a blast hanging out in this space!
You’ll have your very own beautifully remodeled gourmet kitchen with quartz counters, gorgeous cabinets and backsplash, and built-in appliances. This space is truly stunning and with lots of space, you’ll love cooking up a fresh meal in here. It’s fully equipped with everything you need. You’ll also have a beautiful breakfast area to enjoy your meals or you can sit at the barstools along the long kitchen counter.

The master bath has a spacious vanity area, standing shower, and soaking tub.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in a pristine neighborhood of Mesquite, our home backs on to Samuell Farm which offers trails, lakes, and picnic and park areas! You won’t be too far from DFW Airport and will be conveniently located less than 25 minutes from downtown Dallas and the many wonderful attractions it has to offer.
But Mesquite boasts plenty of attractions of its own. If you’re here during rodeo season, visit the Mesquite Rodeo (we’re not called The Rodeo Capital of Texas for nothing!). Other nearby attractions include the Devil’s Bowl Speedway, Mesquite Arts Center, Opal Lawrence Historical Park, the Rows of Texas (our bustling dining and shopping district), and the Paschall Park Butterfly Trail, all just under 10 minutes away. If you’re visiting with kids, be sure to check out Celebration Station featuring batting cages, go-karts, an arcade, laser tag, paintball, and mini golf. If you prefer golf of the non-mini variety, Mesquite Golf Club is 15 minutes away.
Whether you’re interested in sports, history, art, nature, shopping, or some of that delicious Texas food, Mesquite has a taste of it all. There will be something to please every member of your group!
Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.
Other Things to Note:
★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★
Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house- trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.
★ DAMAGE DEPOSIT ★
We understand that accidents can happen. Once the reservation is confirmed, a damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage occurs and all house rules are followed. Alternatively, guests can choose to pay a non-refundable one-time fee that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear, with no deductible. Please note: this option does not cover damages resulting from house rule violations.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.
★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★
Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.
★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★
Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.
★ SPA NOTE ★
Please note that our spa heating element is inoperable at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience. (But who really needs any additional heat in our scorching, Texan weather anyways?!)
★ TOWELS NOTE ★
Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.
★ ENTERTAINMENT★
All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request.
★ CINEMA ROOM ★
Please note that our cinema room perfectly functions as a bedroom, equipped it with a plush, queen-size sofa bed. And for those multitaskers, you can now sleep and have your movie too!
★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★
The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is STL-009567-2024 issued by the City of Mesquite.
★ NO STREET PARKING ★
No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.
★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★
Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
