Welcome to the Snazzy Swan! Enjoy this fully furnished and equipped 3 bedroom/ 2 bath 1950s pad nestled within 1 mile distance to Historic Downtown Rockwall, shops, and restaurants. So whether you are moving to the area; renovating/staycation; or visiting for business, family, or leisure, we want you to feel at home.

Furnished to embrace the age of the house- cozy up in a mid-century modern style living room while listening to vinyl records in front of an accent wall that sets an ambient atmosphere.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. A Keurig machine with complimentary K-pods, sugar, and creamer. All bed linens, towels, shampoo, soaps, etc. are provided. Washer, dryer, and detergent for dishes, clothing, cleaning etc. for your use during your stay.

Nice fenced-in backyard with fire pit and grill for your family or fur babies to enjoy.

Guest room 1 has a queen size bed, smart TV, and bathroom.

Guest room 2 also has a queen size bed and smart TV.

Guest room 3 is a flex room which can be used for sleeping or working! It has a twin XL bed, a twin loth bed with workstation, and smart TV.

Quiet and safe neighborhood located 5 mins (driving) from beautiful Lake Ray Hubbard. Within walking distance of hiking/biking trails, a quaint community park, YMCA, and of course DOWNTOWN HISTORIC ROCKWALL.

The Snazzy Swan is fully equipped to meet your needs yet nicely located within walking distance or a short drive to outdoor recreations/parks, shopping, restaurants, historic downtown Rockwall; 5 minute drive to Lake Ray Hubbard; 8 minute drive to IH-30.

This property is in an excellent location to downtown Rockwall and surrounding area. Very quiet street that is nice for walking. The owners are wonderful people, extremely prompt in answering any questions and checked in on us frequently. This is our second time to this property and would not hesitate to come again,

Comfy Little Place in Rockwall Texas
Overall, everything is great about this place. I will list the positives and then the items in need of improvement mainly for the owner's information: Positives: -Good Location -Friendly and responsive hosts -Pet friendly -New appliances -Flat screen TVs with Netflix -Fully equipped kitchen -Memory foam mattresses -Fenced backyard -Usable 2 car garage -Electronic fireplace with heat -Vinyl records with record player (we used and its great) -Cool accent lights in LR Items in need of improvement: -LR Couch needs replaced (old and not comfortable) -Room with twin bed needs deep cleaned as it smells like a dog and no one could sleep in there (fortunately, we didn't need it) -I understand this is a pet friendly rental, but dog hair was everywhere and should be thoroughly cleaned after each renter with animals. -Front and rear entry doors need adjusted to open and close properly and extra bolt lock needs added for additional security. -10am checkout is too early, 11am is better and typical -It was disclosed that this was an old property with cracks, but it would go a long way for aesthetics to caulk the cracks (especially in showers) and repaint. Even with foundation issues, you would only need to probably do this annually and it would make the place look much better inside. Overall, nice updated property. I would stay here again as it met all our needs. I only list the "Items in need of improvement" to help the owners make this place even better!

Great house close to downtown Rockwall
We stayed in the Snazzy Swan while painting our house. The house was very clean and decorated so cute! It was a great house for us because it also had a big back yard and we’re were able to bring our dog, Any questions or problems we had were immediately handled by Richard, the owner. He was very positive and happy to help out at all times,

Communication with the hosts was great. Any questions I had were quickly answered and they were so accommodating. The house is comfortable, spacious, and charming. It is well-stocked with everything (more than) we needed. Highly recommended!

This home was in a great location. The home itself was older but had been well taken care of and updated with a modern flair. The host were extremely helpful and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.

Just what we needed
The Snazzy Swan was just what we needed when trying to find somewhere to stay for 10 days while relocating. We had 3 young children (ages 3-8) stay as well as our dog and cat. It was so nice to have the yard and amenities provided with this house. They even had it decorated for Christmas. The scavenger hunt was awesome, they put a lot of detail into it, you need to play it if you stay. The house is older and there has been some settling which can cause issues with the flooring and doors. But otherwise it a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Snazzy Swan For The Win
Six of us stayed comfortably and never ran out of hot water 😉 Six Pickleball players in town for the Texas Open, the house was in a great location as we were back & forth from the courts. The Snazzy Swan had everything we needed, The hosts were super easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. I plan to stay again when we are in town for tournaments.

We really enjoyed staying here! It truly had every detail. The coffee bar, shower toiletries, interactive game, smart TVs, record player, laundry supplies, snacks/wine were all so thoughtful! It had a great backyard for our pup. We will 100% stay here again in the future! Book this listing if you are wanting a stress free experience.

GORGEOUS/CLEAN/SAFE/FUN HOUSE!!
STOP LOOKING!! This place is AMAZING! The owners were very responsive and made sure that all our questions were answered! The house was so wonderfully decorated!! Super kid friendly and pet friendly! The back yard was beautiful and big enough to do whatever we needed to do in it! Also the interactive puzzle game that was in the house Was EXTREMELY fun and exciting! We will absolutely be staying here again for all of our future visits!! Thank you so much Kalasi and Richard!
