3B House Close to SMU, Shopping, Lower Greenville

Summary:
Centrally-located in Dallas right off 75, this three bedroom house features a fully-equipped kitchen, a game room upstairs, free parking, dining seating for 6, plenty of soft seating throughout the house, a breakfast bar, all with a very modern aesthetic. More photos to be added as we finish setting up, and we're adding more features as well. Relax with premium bedding in all the beds and a smart TV in the living room to enjoy any of your favorite streaming channels.

The Space:
Modern theme decorating with plenty of the quiet Dallas suburban vibe. There is also a one-car garage that guests can use during their stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will be given a code prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet suburban area with a great area for walking or bicycling. Guests can easily get to Mockingbird Station, Lower Greenville, Highland Park Village, and much more shopping and dining areas close by!

Other Things to Note:
There is an upstairs area with a steep stairwell. Please use caution when going up the stairs.

Great Place.
This house was perfect for our needs. It was super clean. It was an easy drive to UTSW, which is what we needed. Host was great! One of our group locked the storm door and locked us all out of the house. The host responded quickly and had the home opened up for us very quickly! Great stay!

Exceptionally clean and cute home in great central Dallas location
The home is in a great neighborhood off Mockingbird lane. It was perfect for our group of 6 friends wanting a weekend getaway in Dallas. The home was very clean and the beds super comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms and 5 beds which was not common among listings in the central Dallas area we wanted to be in. Highly recommend this property.

Comfortable home base
We were in town for the NCAA basketball tournament and needed a place to stay with our dog. This was a great location with plenty of space and beds. I couldn’t figure out how to lock the door, so I called the manager. They picked up quickly and explained how to use the lock. It was a good space for a home base/place to rest during the trip. It’s in a great neighborhood with lots of places to walk and very close to good restaurants.

Visiting Family in Dallas
The check in was a little rough to start off. Had trouble with internet password. The yard needed mowed,since we had our dog with us. Other than that it was a nice enough home.

Old East Dallas gem!
We had a very nice experience at this modern, big condo in East Dallas! Excellent condition and huge garage with convenient door opener. Backyard was a dream as well!

NO communication available with host
Poor communication the entire stay and never got my security deposit back! I arrived on a Thursday close to 7 and check in was at 5. All the lights were on and a car was in driveway so I knocked at door. She said she was there to put Amazon cleaning supplies away. (I continued to get Amazon packages at the doorstep every day I was there and some were very heavy) The next day I was having issues with the washer and the dryer so I tried to contact host with no response via VRBO app and the number listed did not work The following day I was worried about the 12 degree weather (didn’t know if I should drip faucets) and was having a clogged toilet so I tried to reach host with no response. So the 3rd day I decided to leave due to extreme cold and was trying reach out to host to let them know I was leaving a day early and had no response so I reached out to VRBO. VRBO also told me they could not reach anyone and said they would send an email and tag me. I finally got a response via VRBO app and she said her complex had lost power so she had no phone or email but she never asked or gave me a chance to let her know all of my concerns. Days later, When I reached out to VRBO to see why I didn’t get my security deposit back after 14 days, they gave me two phone numbers for the host and neither number worked.

Senior Ladies Trip
reserved for 6 ladies of average age in 60s. The house design is a challenge for anyone with mobility or stability difficulties. I booked the trip and had only stayed at owner/host properties in the past with awesome stays. I am unlikely to pick a commercial property management co host in the future. There was a one hour lag time from their message until I could see it in the inbox. General consensus from the group was good stay but not impressed. none of them had stayed with VRBO before to have a comparison.

Great location
The house was great for what we needed. The checkin process wasn’t very smooth as I never received the check in email and could not get in touch with the host until we called VRBO customer service and then finally got the checkin code. Once we were in the house, everything was great. Plenty of space.

Great property but poor communication
The property itself was great! We had one minor issue with the house and reached out to management but they were very difficult to get ahold of. The phone number provided was “out of service” and it took about 7 hours to get a message response in the middle of our stay. Overall, we would rent this property again! Great location and very clean home.

Nice location
Our stay overall was great. We had trouble getting code for the house, but VRBO customer service helped us. I would recommend that the property owner give clear instructions on how to operate the keyless lock system. We did not know how to lock the house and had to ask the owner for help.

Girls Weekend
This place was in the perfect location, very homey and clean. It could use a few more extra pillows and blankets. But we had brought our own extras. I wasn’t fond of the trash having to be kept in the garage, I guess the cleaning crew hadn’t pulled out the receptacles in a while. But other than that we will definitely be booking the place again for next time.

Perfect layout and location for our Christmas stay.
We grandparents and our oldest son and daughter in law and their 3 (ages 7,5, & 2) drove to Dallas to celebrate Christmas with our other son and family. For us the location was perfect - 10 minutes from their Lakewood home. The room with 3 twin beds seemed designed for the 3 kids. It connected with a bedroom for parents. The living area was comfortable and the coffee bar offered unlimited Java for all of the adults. There was an abundant amount of complementary water and a closet full of extra toilet paper, tissue, paper towels - etc. we were very pleased and recommend this home. Be aware that a neighbor across the street protests having a Vrbo in the neighborhood.

Great stay
There was plenty of space and beds to accommodate my family. The heating unit kept us nice and cozy thru the night. The dinning table was a great size for us all enjoy breakfast before our day started. Plenty of toiletries, a stock of water apon arrival as well coffee was a plus! Property Manger kept in contact for a smooth check in, stay & check out! Definitely would stay again if I head to Dallas!

Great Neighborhood and great house. The kitchen is lacking in baking dishes, knives, and a can opener if you are planning on cooking while there. I would definitely stay again.
