Cozy Cabin lake front

Great little cabin just about 1 hour north of the twin cities. 2 bedroom 1 bath, 650 Sq feet cabin. bedroom 1 queen bed, bedroom 2 full size bed. Each bedroom has TV with Direct TV. Located on a great clear lake with awesome fishing even from the dock. 2 kayaks available for use. Great place to relax and enjoy quiet lake! Charcoal grill available.

Peaceful little getaway
The cabin was really clean and welcoming upon arrival. Instructions for entry were very clear and helpful. The lake is gorgeous and was beautiful to see in the evening and early morning. Our little dog loved it. Kitchen appliances were plentiful and useful. The bathroom was clean and well decorated. The entire cabin was so cozy and well decorated. We loved the available recreation options. There were blinds and curtains on all the windows besides the entry door which is nice. Sometimes we stay at places that don't have covered windows and we always prefer to keep them covered at night so that was lovely to have (Many thanks, hosts!). Would definitely return again. It was such a nice quiet lakeside getaway from the cities.

Lake get together
Very impressed with how clean owners keep this place. When you stay at a VRBO, especially where owners generously allow pets, you can sometimes take your chances on how well the home is kept. No problem here they do a great job. The beds were surprising comfortable and being a sheet snob I was very happy with their linens. I usually bring my own but did not have to use them. Having the kayaks for use was great. The only issue which we were able to work around was the landscaping down to the lake. In fairness we have had a lot of rain and it was very muddy for the dogs. There was a hose available so we just washed them down and let them dry on the deck so all was good. Good stay and any place that allows us to bring our pets rates high for this family. I hope we respected the home in return!

Not as great as the picture
Hit and miss. Murky lake. Paddle boat only goes in circles. Very small bedrooms. Kitchen was well set up. Bathroom was small, but nice, with some nice touches. Not worth $ 200 a night.

We will definitely come back!
One of the best places we have ever stayed - very quiet, clean, even had bowls for my dog! We caught 22 fish in 1 1/2 days. Mostly bluegills, no big fish. Recommend a better way to get down to the dock. Not easy for seniors. Also, not close to any grocery stores, but we didn't need any for a short stay. Cassie was a fabulous host.

The cabin is exceptionally clean inside, comfortable and cozy, just as advertised. Outdoor weed maintenance and adding steps in the hill to access the dock would make it five stars. The lake is super quiet and serene. Overall a nice little spot.

Labor Day Weekend Stay
We had a great time staying here over Labor Day weekend. We appreciated that it was pet and child friendly. It was a great location for a quiet weekend away. We also enjoyed the water activities that they had available here. The cabin is super cute, comfortable, functional and clean!

Hidden Gem
This property has beautiful views of the lake; teaming with wildlife...swans, pelicans, loons and eagles! The property manager was so accommodating and answered all my questions promptly and the property was well maintained and so clean! It was one of the most relaxing places I have ever stayed with my family and would definitely stay again!

Owner thought of everything!
Upon arriving, check in was easy and we found the cabin to be in immaculate condition. Owner thought of pretty much everything, ample supply of coffee, bottled water, snacks, even a dog eating station for our lab! We fully enjoyed using the kayaks(although one of the seats was broken, still usable) and jon boat. There was even fishing supplies in the shed for use, we brought our own fishing equipment, but I love that it was available. First days, water was perfect, second to last day, with the heat and humidity, there was a lot of blue green algae. We were sad we couldn’t be in the water the last day, but that can’t be helped. Enjoyed watching a few pelicans and lots of bald eagles with the provided binoculars. Thank you for such a wonderful accommodations! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely place to stay
We enjoyed our time at the cabin/home. The lake is not a great swimming lake but we had fun using the kayaks and out paddle boards. We saw a lot of Bald Eagles and pelicans- the highlight of the trip. Property was very clean. We would stay again!

Wonderful Retreat
We loved our stay. It was so gorgeous and peaceful! We saw two eagles on the lake with the binoculars that were provided. The cabin was immaculate and stocked with goodies. Just a wonderful experience.

Relaxing few days on the lake
We were visiting my husband's sister in MN and decided to spend a couple of days on the water which we all find relaxing. The owner was always quick to respond before, during and after our visit. The cabin was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, too. Deck furniture was comfortable and the Fogger really worked so we were able to spend time outside despite the mosquitos. And the wildlife was fun to watch - eagles, pelicans and herons on the water and turtles and toads on land. We'd definitely stay again if in the area..

One of the best
Amazing little cabin with everything you could want. Beautiful and quiet location with great scenery/wildlife watching. A cozy and comfortable cabin that is really nicely laid out. This is one of my favorite stays of all time. I cooked, worked, and relaxed at the cabin and the cabin worked perfectly for all those things. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful and restful
The cabin was very comfortable and attractive. It had all we needed plus new furnishings and lovely "lake motif" decorating. It is on a beautiful lake where we saw eagles, pelicans, ducks, herons, geese plus many other birds and fish jumping in the lake.
