Amazing views
We truly enjoyed our short weekend stay with amazing views. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend away. Close enough to Dahlonega and Helen, but out where it's a quiet. Look forward to going back someday.

Wake up to the Best Mountain View
The best Mountain View from the coziness of of the balcony. The host have thought of everything. Just bring yourself and a good bottle of local wine with some snacks and you will never have to leave. In the evening just wrap up with a good book or a movie. We will definitely return.

Best couples vacation spot!
My husband and I needed a little time for each other, and we were totally delighted with the cabin and the surrounding area! It offered everything we could possibly need and the cabin and bed were so comfortable!!!! Great stay! And so relaxing! Definitely coming back in a year or two!

Instant relaxation
The moment you step onto the balcony, you breath in peace and serenity. Truly beautiful mountain views. I didn't get to see a sunset due to rain and cloud cover, but the sky and light changes throughout the day enhancing the natural beauty.

The perfect weekend getaway!!!!!
Wow, just wow. I spent a lot of time researching to find somewhere in north Georgia for a weekend get away trip to the mountains and Doug and Ingrid’s place immediately stuck out to me. I noticed the stellar ratings they had and let me tell you, it lives up to the hype. The quarters were clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. The views from the room were breathtaking. Doug was incredibly kind and always quick to respond. I was in much need of a quick get away from the day to day grind and this place surpassed all my expectations. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Anyone considering to book this place, do yourself a favor and do it!!! You will not be disappointed :) Thank you so much Doug and Ingrid!!!! I will be recommending this place to all my family and friends. Until next time!!!!!

Engagement Celebration
My fiancé and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! We absolutely loved staying at the sunset suite and enjoyed every minute of our weekend getaway. The property was extraordinarily clean, had wonderful views, and was close to town. Doug and Ingrid were phenomenal hosts who really thought of everything. We enjoyed some of their restaurant recommendations and hikes that they included in their guide. We can’t wait to stay at the sunset suite again! Thank you both.

Honeymoon Getaway
The location was beautiful. The rental was clean, quiet, stocked well with supplies, comfortable and had the most majestic mountain view from the deck with beautiful sunsets. It was about six miles from town but close to wineries and other attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

Charming Cabin Hideaway
Perfectly located about 15min from everything you would want to do in the area, super quiet clean and cute with amazing views. This is absolutely the perfect spot for a quick couples get away in a cozy and private cabin. Very clean, well decorated, comfy bed and couch, everything you need for 2 and the owners are extremely helpful and communicative, we will definitely book this again!

We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the mountains and the sunsets were beautiful. The place was clean and used every nook and cranny to hold necessities. Plenty of room for two people! The hosts were extremely attentive and had some really good recommendations. We would stay here again if in the area!

Charming piece if the mountain.
My husband and I were very impressed with the apartment rental we chose. It was very beautiful inside, real cozy and comfortable. The fire logs really added the extra ambiance to make it very ideal. We have been married 53 years and I would choose this place again for a Second honeymoon. This time I would love to stay at least a week. Everything we needed was on hand. Thanks for sharing your piece of heaven with us. The mountain range and sunrises were breathtaking.🙏💕🙏

Cozy Honeymoon
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was a beautiful, cozy cabin. The cabin is small with a tight kitchen and a tiny bathroom, but that didn’t bother us at all. The drive up the mountain to the cabin is steep, especially pulling into and out of the driveway, so be careful and make sure your car can handle it. The view was gorgeous. There was plenty to do nearby like hiking or visiting town. We had an amazing time.

Our stay was fantastic. Doug and his wife were great and helped us out as we needed to borrow some basic pantry items and reset the internet promptly when it went out. The place itself is cute and everything worked great. The views are fantastic and it was super quiet.

The Sunset Suite carriage house was delightful and exactly what my husband and I needed. Doug and Ingrid thought of everything. The space is utilized very efficiently and was super clean. The views are breathtaking! Communication with Doug was very easy, and he was an attentive and gracious host. We will be back!
