Enjoy the chill-camp ambiance of nature and spend your holidays at "Roses' Gap View" at Tiny Away Escape @ Grampians Edge, located in the peaceful town of Dadswells Bridge. Our park has well-equipped cabins and tiny houses. We are situated within an easy drive from the heart of the Grampians, offering an ideal place to relax whilst taking in the beauty of the majestic mountain ranges.
The Space:
Roses Gap View is located in the Grampians National Park over 100,000 hectares large. A popular tourist destination known for its deep gorges, stunning weathered rock formations, waterfalls, and abundant wildflowers. Halls Gap is only 30 minutes away and close to exciting attractions such as Beehive Falls, Mackenzie Falls, Venus Baths, Halls Gap Zoo, and Pinnacle Lookout.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with split air conditioning, linens and towels, a kitchenette (including a fridge and microwave), and cooking equipment.
The bathroom uses a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for you to use. It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save the environment.
As an added note, please advise that there are other cabins and tiny houses in the park that are rented out. Remember to respect the privacy of other guests on-site in order to maintain the park's peace and tranquility.

"Roses' Gap View" at Tiny Away Escape @ Grampians Edge is located in the Grampians National Park. Hiking trails, 4WD tracks, mountain biking trails, fishing, and kayaking are a few of things you can enjoy. Making it the perfect tiny house Victoria getaway in Australia. Stawell, Halls Gap, and Horsham are just a few of the nearby towns in the area.
What’s more, the holiday park is closest to Beehive Falls (30 mins or back access road for 4WD), Lake Lonsdale and Lake Fyans for the water enthusiasts.
From the East/outbound Adelaide, you can shop at Horsham first, and check out Cheeky Fox Cafe on the main street. And from West/outbound Melbourne, Woolworths is in the main street, and check out the Corner Cafe Stawell right on the highway.

- Pomonal Estate is approximately 10 minutes from Halls Gap, a newly established Winery, Microbrewery, and Cider House.
- Raccolto Pizzeria in In Halls Gap follows traditional Italian pizzeria principles and serves a wide range of delectable wood-fired pizzas.
Sightseeing
- Mount Zero is a medium grade hike up, and the closest option to the park.
- Boroka Lookout in the Grampians offers breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.
- Venus Baths is the ideal location for scenic walks with several deeper rock pools to explore.
- Halls Gap Zoo, Victoria's premier regional zoo, offers lots of opportunities to see Meerkats, Rhinoceros, Giraffes, and Dingoes.
- MacKenzie Falls Lookout is one of the largest waterfalls in Victoria. The walk to the base of the falls is 2km down many steps so be prepared for a hike back up.
- Grampians National Park is the main attraction near our caravan park, with hiking trails to explore waterfalls, breathtaking mountain views, and encounters with native wildlife
- Broken Falls Walk has beautiful views of the upper section of the Mackenzie Falls. The 500m walk is wheelchair friendly and one of the best spots to see the impressive Mackenzie River Gorge.
- The Pinnacle Lookout has a number of different walking options to reach The Pinnacle. The easiest route is from the Sundial car park and it ascends via Devils Gap. This is the best route for families with young children. Please advise that it is a 4.2 km trail.
Getting Around:
By car: 3 hrs from Melbourne
By public transport: Nearest train station is "Ararat Railway Station", take bus to "Dadswell Bridge Motel" and then walk 10 mins (800m) to the property

- Quiet hours 10 pm - 8 am
- No smoking inside the tiny house
- Mobile reception is good for Telstra in some parts of the property
- Don’t forget to lock doors when leaving the tiny house
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Please register details at the office
- Please note some areas are shared such as the camp kitchen, communal toilet block, and laundry area
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during fire bans.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
