Boats and Trailers:

Due to the limited space and StillWaters Community HOA rules, boat trailer parking is not allowed on-site at the condo.

Our neighborhood does not allow boat trailers to be stored in the parking lots or driveways. If you will need boat trailer parking, please let your host know at booking. Trailer storage is available next door to Harbor Pointe Marina (inside the neighborhood).

The closest and most convenient boat ramp is Harbor Pointe Marina. There is a charge for each ramp use, but the marina is only 1 mile from the condo. Please pay attendant inside the Marina store. Ramp closes at 4:30 pm (Spring, Summer) and 4:00 pm (Fall and Winter).
