This top floor corner unit provides stunning unobstructed views of Lake Martin and breathtaking sunsets. When you arrive, the elevator is located on the parking lot level. Feel free to grab one of the carts by the elevator to assist with luggage/groceries. First Responders and Military discounts - photo of card or badge required for discount to be applied. This is a non-smoking unit, no pets allowed, and managed by the personal owners of this condo.

Our home sleeps 6-7, has 12' ceilings, and inside you will find items to get you started, including coffee of your choice. This 3 bedroom unit is child friendly, has sound machines and box fans, cable and internet, TVs in each bedroom, washer and dryer, and our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. A blender, toaster, crockpot, electric can opener, Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker are available as well. Fresh towels/linens and beach towels await you (all surface areas and every load washed is sanitized). Bed sizes: King in master (and the master closet is so large, it can accommodate an air mattress or two pack n plays; full size air mattress and bedding provided), another King in guest room one, and two twins in guest room two. Stoneview Summit is a fantastic location on this premier lake of Alabama and is only 25-30 minutes from the Auburn campus.

In addition to the lake, you will find only a few steps away the zero entry pool with waterfalls and a fun water slide. Enjoy the beautiful grounds in this community with a golf course (extra fee), walking paths, its own restaurant, and a children's playground. We have a fireplace inside and out on the balcony (seasonal). Enjoy dining (for 6) out on the spacious balcony with a beautiful sunset over the water. There is add'l comfy seating (for 5) and a gas grill. It’s an easy walk to the dock which has a ladder to get in and out of the lake. Noodles and floats are provided in the balcony closet.

There are restaurants close by, as well as a Dollar General, gas stations and Lake Martin Grocery.

If you bring your own boat, our private boat slip is available, located directly in front of the balcony, has a professionally installed Savadock bumper system, and is labeled with our unit no. (only one watercraft allowed). Harbor Pointe Marina is 3 minutes from the condo and is a full service marina with ship store that allows launching your boat upon arrival and allows exiting when you are ready to take your boat out (small fee). Boat trailers are not allowed in the complex parking lot nor at the marina. Boat trailer storage is very close to the condo inside the community resort (boat trailer entire stay-one time small fee).

If you rent a boat, there is parking at the Harbor Pointe marina to enable loading and unloading your gear. You will need to inquire first with the owner if you would like use of the boat slip for a rental boat.

This top corner unit truly allows for breathtaking views. The skies create magnificent colors every night! We have only one video doorbell outside by the front door. If you are a large group and need more bedrooms, let us know, as we partner with a condo close to ours, which is ideal for family gatherings, golf outings, weddings, football games, etc. Communication is key to success, feel free to ask us anything!
