"We stayed five days. The cottage was so cozy and very clean with high end appliances. The area is quiet and lots of grass. Perfect for dog parents. Great location, a short drive to Newport. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom! "

"Between the beautifully landscaped yard and the proximity to the ocean, this is a fabulous place! We love walking to the ocean for our am and pm walks, The Shining Sea Bike trail is also very close and just a joy! Property owners were great to work with. Definitely will stay here next year. Thanks for a great stay!!! "

"The bungalow is in a great location. Easy to walk to beach and easy to explore the area. The 2 car parking was a plus. "

"This was our second stay at Roberta’s lovely home. The house is in a great location (very nice area, close to everything) and is very comfortable. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is very nice and was great for preparing Thanksgiving dinner- plenty of seating in the dining area. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, with a great backyard. Roberta is a great host- very responsive and helpful- she had the fridge stocked with water and cream for coffee as well...

"The property was gorgeous and serene. The place was well maintained and we had everything we needed. The host was courteous and able to help with anything we needed. Would definitely stay again. "

"Loved the location. Great spot. Hard to find at night, make sure you don’t use Waze as you’ll get misdirected. Kitchen is well appointed but there aren’t any leftover food supplies like coffee or sugar, so make sure you grab your own. You may need to bring an extra towel or two. But there were two towels for us. Overall, great spot. I’d love to come here in summer!"

"The location was perfect - walking distance from the town center and beach. Falmouth is a lovely town with many options for shops, restaurants, bars etc. The layout of the house was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting this home again. "

"We really enjoyed our time at the cottage! This is a spectacular location with the very short walk down a wooded path to the beach at Lambert's Cove. It was a nice location for food and shopping at Vineyard Haven and visiting our friends in Chilmark. I recommend you arrive during daylight hours as we did - I think it might be tough to find the place for the first time at night. Also, the size of the cottage is perfect for a couple but would work well with one or two small children in the smaller...

"House is great and has everything. The one remote to operate the a/c in one of the upstairs bedrooms needed new batteries (we think). Also we think the entry lock battery is low as it kept going out on us mid code. We wrote the Vacasa people and they wanted us to buy new batteries. NO. It up tk the property manager to take care of this."

"This house is like a museum! It’s beautiful inside and out. The home wasn’t as private or secluded as I’d hoped. The owner lets the neighbors park their boat at the dock so they roll up on you while you’re sunbathing, looking in the window at you while you’re in bed and roam back and forth through the yard at all hours of the night. This was the only flaw for me and it’s a big one when you pay almost a 1000 a night to have privacy and peace. "

"I recently stayed in this lovely OB home with my family. It was me and 9 other people, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The photos are accurate. The pool was clean and heated. The house is located in a private, wooded area but conveniently located to OB, Edgartown, the airport and beaches. The interior/furniture were so cozy.
