Cozy Cottage on the North Fork Close to Vineyards & Beaches

This newly renovated cottage has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with a walk in shower, a spacious living room and outdoor space with a gas grill. It’s quaint and coziness is a perfect couples getaway for the weekend or week. The cottage is centrally located on the North Fork in Cutchogue, within minutes you can be wine tasting at many of the local vineyards, walking along the local beaches, shopping local antique shops, eating at a variety of restaurants and visiting the villages of the North Fork (Mattituck, Cutchogue, Southold and Greenport), all of which is within minutes of driving from the cottage.

Peaceful
Second time staying with Deborah and both cottages are so adorable and relaxing. Clean, quiet and stocked with so many amenities. We had a nice time grilling and enjoying the view. Cant wait to visit again.

Home Away From Home
My finance and I had our engagement party at Borghese Vineyard which is 5 minutes from the Cozy Cottage. When I found this property, I knew it would be perfect! I didn’t get to checkin myself until after the party but my finance was able to checkin before to shower and change. This was a perfect location for the two of us to unwind together after hosting a party for almost 100 guest. It was the perfect chance for the two of us to spend some time together and enjoy our engagement. The cottage is exactly as advertised and in a convenient location. Besides the The Wine Trail which we highly recommend, the Cottage is also close to Greenport, NY which has great food and dining! Deborah was a fantastic host and quickly answered all my questions. We cannot wait to visit the Cozy Cottage again soon!

We loved our stay at the cozy cottage! Everything was neat and clean when we arrived and Deborah made the check in/out process so easy! It’s conveniently located by all the great vineyards the north fork has to offer. There’s plenty of great dining options in the area as well. If you find yourself in this area, don’t pass on this cozy space.

So easy. Clean to perfection never seen a place this beautiful and clean.loved location and proximity to local restaurants and towns. Peaceful and quiet. More places should try so hard to reach the bar of this home. Thank you and will be back again next year

The cottage was absolutely adorable. It was warm in every sense.
The property owner was great from start to finish. The check in/out couldn’t have been any easier. The location was private but accessible to everything. The feel of the inside was so warm and cozy. The owner even put some simple holiday decorations for a great feel. The views from every window were all spectacular from morning till night. The sunrise, sunset and stars were all equally stunning. It was one of the most relaxing times if have had on the NF. Thank you for helping it to be such a great getaway.

Very Cozy
Great location; nicely decorated. The bathroom is a little smallish. Very clean. Close to Vineyards, Greenport and Riverhead. We ate a very nice restaurant down the street, Red Rooster Bistro. Owner was easy to contact.

Perfect
Only needed a place for two nights and this fit the bill for many reasons! Clean, included all amenities you could ever need (including a hair dryer), and a lot of nice additions (individually wrapped toothbrushes if you forgot). It is small but not sure you need more room if you plan to be out and about the island.

Has everything you need and Deborah is very helpful. The one thing to note about the area though is that it’s hard to find beach access where you don’t need a local permit. If you don’t have a permit you get a $75 ticket for trying to go to the beach…

Small “cottage” that was perfect for myself and my husband, cozy and comfortably furnished, kitchen well stocked. Cute little porch that I enjoyed each morning with my coffee and book. Only suggestions are for a full length mirror (and possibly a clearer mirror in the bathroom) and maybe hooks to hang items (e.g. dress) that are too long for the armoire. Would definitely stay there again, it is in in a perfect location!

Lovely spot on the North Fork
We had a very cozy, peaceful stay in this cottage. It was a treat to look out the windows and see green farmland all around us. Convenient location within driving distance to beaches, wineries, restaurants etc. Recommend for a getaway!

Cozy Cottage
Cute small cottage that is decorated farmhouse chic. Very clean, quiet area, and practically everything I needed so I didn’t have to bring a lot of “stuff”. The owner answered any question I had almost as soon as I asked. Checkin and checkout was easy and stress free. Looking forward to renting again next summer.

Beyond perfect!
The Cozy Cottage was the perfect landing spot for our weekend! The house is clean and bright with large windows & beautiful views, and a well appointed kitchen. You can watch the sunset over the farm, while making dinner, then sit on the outdoor patio after. The full size appliances are new and clean. The decor is serene and cozy, with reclaimed wood and brick, and a beautiful shiplap vaulted ceiling. Cool antique touches like the medicine cabinet and the bedroom armoire, made it feel like home. Awesome easy to use TV! The sliding vintage barn door to the bedroom allows for privacy. And the bed is beautiful and so comfortable! Every window has a shade for privacy, all the lights are on dimmers, and the central AC is amazing. Most importantly, there’s Deborah. From the communication before our arrival, to her welcoming note with WiFi info, and her availability for anything you may need… you can’t ask for a more gracious and accommodating host. We will definitely stay at the Cozy Cottage again!

We were looking for the quintessential North Fork location - we had a home here years ago - and Cozy Cottage evoked that feel for us. Instantly we felt at home. Just the right size, beautifully appointed, close to the things we know and love, yet light years away from our normal life. Hoping for a return in a few months. Just loved it and felt that we were on the same wave length as Deborah. A beautiful weekend.A new home away from home.
