Inside, revel in Wi-Fi, TV, two living room areas, and a sleeper sofa on the main level. A private room is well-suited for work or relaxation. The 10-person dining table with slat-back side chairs is perfect for shared meals. The ground floor level hosts a game room with a variety of entertainment options, including tennis/air hockey, Connect Four Wall Game, Hockey Ring Toss, Arcade Game, a 4-piece counter table, and a selection of board games.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with cups, bowls, plates, mugs, and silverware. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, and barbecue tools are also provided. A coffee machine with complimentary coffee adds to the convenience.

Luxurious Amenities:
Your cabin is equipped with a hair dryer, air conditioning, and heating to ensure a comfortable stay. Enjoy the luxury of premium 100% cotton sheets, soft and thick bath towels, and complimentary toiletries. We provide a courtesy supply of toilet paper and paper towels upon arrival. Please note that we do not offer mid-stay amenities or replenishments.

Community Sauna:
Black Hills Bungalows offers a community sauna for our guests' use. With seating for up to 6 people, this immaculately-maintained sauna provides a great and clean environment for relaxation. The stunning views of the Needle Spires add to the serene experience. Plus, it's available anytime, allowing you to enjoy its rejuvenating benefits at your convenience.

Wi-Fi:
While our cabin's rural location may present a different Wi-Fi experience compared to urban settings, we've taken steps to enhance connectivity. We've upgraded the property with fiber optic cable and installed signal amplifiers to boost the Wi-Fi signal. Despite being in a rural area, we've invested in top-notch Wi-Fi infrastructure to provide the best possible connectivity experience.

Parking:
Free parking on premises with designated areas for each cabin.

Practical Information:
4x4 is recommended or required during winter months.

Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum during this time.

Cleanliness:
The Black Hills Bungalows team’s commitment to cleanliness is unwavering. Between each guest, we meticulously mop floors, vacuum carpets, scrub kitchen and bathroom surfaces, replace shower liners, launder all bedding, bleach sheets and towels, and ensure everything is in its place before new guests arrive.

Pet Policy:
-Dogs are welcome, except for puppies (less than 1 year old) and the following breeds: German Shepherd, Australian Shepherd, Belgian Shepherd, Dutch Shepherd, and ALL OTHER Shepherd breeds, as well as Pit Bulls, Huskies, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Great Pyrenees, and Bernese Mountain Dogs.
-Cats are not permitted.
-Pets must weigh no more than 55lbs.
-A pet fee of $150 PER PET is required for a maximum of two pets. Please inform us, and we'll send a payment request or pay through the listing platform.

Additional Rules

1. If issues arise during your stay, you'll have to communicate promptly with us. Good communication between us (the host) and the guest is important for successful stays. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we are reaching out to resolve an issue.

2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.

3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless pre approved.

4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors and other tenants in the building.

5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.

6 If bringing a pet:
6.1 We don't allow cats, puppies (less than 1 year old) nd the following breeds: German Shepherd, Australian Shepherd, Belgian Shepherd, Dutch Shepherd, and ALL OTHER Shepherd breeds, as well as Pit Bulls, Huskies, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Great Pyrenees, and Bernese Mountain Dogs. If any of these dog breeds is brought to the property and we find out then that will result to immediate eviction with no refund.
6.2 A pet fee of $150 per pet is required for a maximum of two pets. Please message us to let us know so that we can send a request for the payment.
6.3 Pets must weigh no more than 55 lbs.
6.4 DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH
6.5 Please clean up after your dog (pick up your dog's poop)
6.6 No pets allowed on furniture or beds.

7. Follow state laws when using the fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended.

8. For noise complaints:
8.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
8.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.

9. Please be mindful of neighboring personal property such as swing sets. Do not let children play on or use this without prior written permission.

10. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning.

11. Hot tub. The hot tub is always serviced and tested after each guest's stay. To keep it clean and safe, please follow these guidelines:
11.1 Only swimwear is allowed—no regular clothes.
11.2 Avoid bringing drinks or food into the hot tub to prevent spills and contamination.
11.3 Please rinse off any lotions or oils before entering, as these can disrupt the water's chemical balance.
11.4 Do not use glass containers to prevent breakage.
11.5 Always keep the cover on when not in use.
Please note that an extra cleaning fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required.


Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all the trash.

2. Wash dishes and please put them on the drying rack before leaving.

Note:
* Up to $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the couches). All damages will also be charged to guest.

* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $100.

* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
