"This place was perfect for our family group of 7 adults and 3 children.Plenty of room to spread out. We could be upstairs and cook, eat and hang out or be chilling in the basement playing pool or watching a movie.Home and kitchen was well stocked and even included complimentary coffee! The two sets of washers and dryers for laundry in the basement is a great idea for larger groups!The owner was easy to contact and was very helpful. Apparently the previous guest may have lost or misplaced the key...

"This place was great. I read some of the previous reviews and besides a couple of very small pieces of trim missing and a few drywall cosmetic holes from nails it is exactly as described. Found our lock box with no problems, all codes and keys worked perfect. The location is amazing, right above Hello Marjories for an easy craft cocktail! Fresko, Centro, and Django all an easy walk. Will def stay again. "

"Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!"

"My I wanted to come in early because of the car show. The owner of the place was very kind. Gave me upfront pricing on checking in early. The person had very clear communication part throughout the whole process. They always reached out to me within 24 hours of me sending a message to them when we got there. It was beautiful. "Absolutely amazing spot! The room was stocked with dishes and toiletries. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I was a huge fan of having live plants in the room. It was such a great stay and host communication was exceptional! I could go on and on about how much I loved this trip. It will definitely be a vacation my husband and I talk about for years to come. "Upstairs neighbors were blasting music at 6:30 am, there were cigerette butts under the counter that my one year old actually picked up and tried to put in his mouth, garbage left outside the back door and animals got into it, shooter bottles on the back steps, both chairs were broken, food on the bedroom floor with ants on it, hair clips left in windowsills, we told them thered be 4 adults staying and there was 3 towels to shower with and no washclothes or anything, was told the refundable...
