"Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!"

"Booked a cabin last minute during a snow storm for me and my two Border Collies. The owner actually called me to make sure that I knew it was a camping cabin - which I thought was super nice. He brought down a second heater in case the first one didn’t warm the cabin up enough. It was a camping cabin so rustic. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Magnolia is a beautiful well furnished home. We were lucky enough to have gotten lots of snow during our stay. It was so beautiful!! I would suggest additional heating on/in the main level bedrooms. There was a dramatic difference in that part of the house. Lots of "It's freezing back here" comments. space heaters would have been most welcome! We kept the thermostat at 70 lest the upstairs get too warm. While the house does have its little quirks, like years old carpet stains and mismatching light bulbs, we have come back year after year and have seen things improve around the house.
