Between Two Beaches is a delightful 2-bedroom house with a vast separate bunk room that has it all.

With a largely peaceful and private gated garden, it is ideal for children, pets and adults. This lovely beach house has an open-plan layout and a large undercover timber deck with a gas BBQ overlooking the private back garden making family meals a breeze. The property offers 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. The Bunkroom has a set of bunks (single) and another queen-size bed (please note this is not connected to the main house).

The peaceful and private back garden allows lots of space for children to play in a safe environment, or for you to simply relax amongst the birds with the distant breakers in the background.

This holiday setting is for all age groups, brilliantly located between two beautiful beaches in Culburra. Between 2 Beaches is less than 500 m of easy walking to either Warrain Beach, Culburra Beach or the tranquil Tilbury Cove. These beaches provide a variety of surf conditions for board riders, swimmers, body surfers and families with young children and are patrolled in holiday periods.

Directly opposite the house is a beautiful park with a kids' playground and additional electric BBQs, ideal for cooking your fresh beach catch.

Between Two Beaches is only 500 m from Lake Wollumboola, ideal for kite surfing, windsurfing, water-skiing, kayaking and bird watching. Penguin Head Road Point lookouts provide great vantage points for whale and dolphin watching (300 m easy walking to the point).

A pleasant drive takes visitors to Jervis Bay National Park and the glorious white sand beaches around Jervis Bay. For the golfer, there are three golf courses nearby.

Linen:
All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple-sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO linen for the complimentary portable cot. BYO beach towels.

Property Specific Notes:
Pets are welcome at this property. There is a AUD 100 surcharge to have your pet stay. This surcharge may vary depending on the length of the stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.

If you bring a pet, a surcharge will be added after the booking is placed.

Wi-Fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with asap but cannot be guaranteed.

This property will consider bookings for groups of young people and/or Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a 2000 AUD cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply.

Notes
Code of Conduct: Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

Noise at Properties: NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

Privacy: This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Terms and Conditions: Detailed T&Cs apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. Please share the T&Cs with your other guests.

Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.

Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.

Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.

Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Property Information: Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.

Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion.

Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Fab location for pets and friends

Fantastic location just a short stroll to 2 beautiful beaches and not far to get to other great locations too in the area. The garden was massive and the dogs loved playing in it as we watched from our shaded outside sofa. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels provided were good quality. The photos as advertised were out of date. No corner sofa as shown and other changes have been made to the property but it suited our needs as 4 people. Would recommend.

A walk to the beach

A lovely stay for a long weekend with our family. Easy walk to the beach and dog friendly too. Be aware that the third bedroom isn’t connect to the main house, if you’ve got young babies.

Fabulous stress free property to enjoy with the kids and dogs. Kids bunked out in the outer room and had the time of their lives whilst parents relaxed inside and scoped out the next local adventure.

Absolutely gorgeous house

We had a fantastic time in one of our favourite places, Culburra. The house was in an ideal location and the house itself was gorgeous! Spacious, comfortable and the backyard was huge for our two bulldogs to explore. We will definitely stay here again.

Weekend away

A lovely holiday house with a relaxed vibe and 'vintage' charm. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Lots of spare blankets for the mid-winter stay. Well-appointed kitchen with plenty of equipment that satisfied all cooking needs (although the oven took a bit of figuring out: maybe some instructions could be included in the information folder?) Great selection of games, books and magazines. Good location literally between the 2 beaches: easy walk to both. We were very appreciative of the pre-arranged early check-in/late check-out. The split system air conditioner was adequate for the living area but could have done with a small heater in each of the bedrooms to take the chill off as it was a cold time of year. (Although after a phone call on the Saturday morning, an extra heater was promptly delivered.) Possible improvements could include lamp lighting in the living area and maybe electric blankets on the beds? The outside shower and extra loo were handy although it was very musty in that area and could have done with a freshen up prior to our arrival. Extra toilet paper too, please. There was one only one spare roll. Just some small attention to little details could make this a 5-star review!!
