"The place is as advertised, but honestly even nicer than it looks on the inside. Highly recommend, would happily stay there again. "

"We stayed here overnight to ski and snow tube around Ellicottville. The house served us very well except for the snow not being cleared from the front and back steps. Also, it looks like vacuuming under the beds has been overlooked. Otherwise, our party of 2 adults and five kids enjoyed our stay!"

"House was great! Lots of room! Kids loved finding the “secrete” room, hot tub and game room. Walking distance to downtown! Just super responsive, and flexible with late check- out!! Great place! "

"Overall, the house had a variety of amenities that were desirable and the location was close to the ski resort but there were a few issues with the house that we wanted to mention. First of all, it was not very clear that this was two separate buildings, and tromping back and forth across the icy driveway was a challenge. "My wife and I very much enjoyed this property. It’s a beautifully rustic cabin that’s literally 20 feet above the ground in the trees. It’s set back in the woods but not far from the road and the town of Belfast. The place is well-built and very clean. You will need to bring outdoor chairs, your own towels and warm clothing if it’s in the cooler months. It was a great experience. "

"My wife and I stayed for a ski weekend. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout our stay. Property is in a beautiful, quiet location and has everything you need for your stay. The weather was very cold during our stay so the cabin was on the cool side but sleeping loft was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This vacation home offered so much. First, the location to the slopes was under a 10 minute drive and even closer to the charming town of Ellicottville. The home is huge and is perfect for multiple families. It’s basically like having an upper and a lower with kitchen, baths and bedrooms on both levels. The home was immaculate and had games, air hockey and pinball. We enjoyed our stay and will return to this home. "

"Walking in to the cabin after a long drive was a highlight in it of itself. The interior decor and layout is absolutely stunning. The owner is very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. The night sky in the area is a Class 3 Rural Sky which "

"We had our annual retreat at the house — it slept 19 comfortably. The huge table is great for games, and the open floor plan is great for a big group. The bears and other stuffed heads add some flavor, for sure. We loved the foosball and hockey and video games downstairs, and the hot tub was great after skiing Holiday Valley.
