"The home was in a nice gated community (although a little tricky to find using Google). There are two baths which don't work so well for the downstairs bedrooms unless they're for kids. We had adults. The beds/pillows were nothing special. Even a nice pillow upgrade would really help sleeping. Other than that, it's a clean, nice house with plenty of room and a couple of nice decks/porches. And if the host is reading this, please replace your can opener. It doesn't work."

"Was so impressed with the setup of the basement and how every little detail was setup to maximize fun. Kids absolutely loved it. Well stocked with ping pong paddles and balls. Kids made me get smore stuff when they saw the fire pit and was so thankful for the wood and chairs provided for us. Thanks for the fun weekend!"

"Our family of 6 adults and 4 children had a wonderful time at Timber Lake Lodge! We rented a pontoon boat at Wax Marina and fishing from the dock was very productive. We also grilled our dinners and made smores on the deck. The golf cart was great for going back and forth down to the dock. Everyone enjoyed staying at this beautiful place."

"We try to rent this cabin every few years. Its really has everything you really need. The location is stunning and the deck gives you the perfect view. The only reason i gave 3 stars on cleanliness is because it doesnt look like the property itself is being maintained very well anymore. We also had to clear almost a foot of ash out of the grill before we could even use it. "

"The beautiful house on the river has everything you need- a garage full of fun interactive games, a hot tub to work your muscles after days in the caves, and endless board games for family game nights in the evenings. "We had a lot of fun in our short stay. The property was clean, there were a lot of spaces to gather and relax, the beds (especially the bunks) were extremely comfortable, and the hot tub was perfect. I had a great time getting up early and reading near the fire pit. The kitchen is really well-stocked with anything you might need to make a meal. The local host is really kind and responsive if you have any questions. We would stay here again for sure."
