"Each January we travel to Crystal River with a group of 14 women to swim with the Florida manatees. Its a high energy week and finding the right place to " call home" is really important. The waterfront house on Watersedge Dr is absolutely perfect for large groups. The shared living space is ideal for a group with plenty of comfy chairs and couches with a huge TV set. "Nice small cozy home away from home. Paula was very nice and responded to all my concerns. I appreciated the little extra touches she did. Enjoyed my stay there. "

"This is a clean quiet cottage with a great host. This is a carpenter built house that is very well kept and cared for. The host, Gary, did a great job communicating and was receptive to requests. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful time! The house was beautiful , comfortable and perfect for our girls trip. We saw dolphins in the backyard and various types of birds. It was peaceful! So glad we stayed there!!"

"The property is in a great location, 5-10 min from everywhere we needed to go. There’s an awesome breakfast restaurant right on the corner (walk distance). The property has a nice backyard with Kayaks, firepit, grill and an awesome view! It was super clean including towels and sheets and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. A very large Parking space was a plus!"

"This is our 4th year staying here and we love it! It’s in a perfect location and the dock can accommodate our 21’ boat and our sons 17’ boat. Plenty of room for the trailers. The house is always clean and they added a cute manatee mural in the dining room. With 6 of us there is plenty of room where you’re not bumping into each other. The pool is an added bonus! I love that I can bring my fur baby. We had a little emergency with her, so if you ever awesome!"

"So clean, safe, comfortable, and picturesque. Hosts were immediately responsive when the directions in the app took us to the wrong address. Other than that, the stay was ideal. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was furnished."

"There were 6 of us that made it out of 11. We could have easily and comfortably slept all 11. The convenience to get on the water daily was superb! We saw 5 manatees playing in the canal for over an hour, and we were even visited by 3 bald eagles at one time! Game room was an added bonus for the teens. We had a great time sitting on the screened porch watching the rain. Super spacious and 3 bathrooms made for great privacy for all. Loved this home!!"

"Very clean property everything provided and more. even laundry soap, needed for nothing except food. Very handicap friendly, beds not to high, no steps (tiny entry step), huge walk in shower. Dock not handicap friendly, goes way down during low tide everyday so had to pick up rental pontoon boat and deliver back everyday, took about an hour to get to gulf , very possible and easy though. Would be nice to have TV in bedrooms would be the only thing I missed from home. COMFORTABLE beds almost as...

"Very nice house, two fishing kayaks, waterfront and very clean! Julie replied always immediately and made our stay perfect."

"My son and I had a wonderful short trip to Crystal River to see the manatees. Though the weather was colder than usual, it turned out to be perfect for walking the trails and visiting Three Sisters Springs.The property was very clean and in great condition, especially considering the area was impacted by recent hurricanes. You’d never know! Rebecca was fantastic—she made everything easy and was quick to assist when we had trouble with the heating on those chilly nights.A couple of minor things...

"So many places to stay and dive…this is the one to book! The tour company is right in front of the hotel (easy for that 6:30 am dive), the hot tub is HOT, the pool is nice and warm, the restaurants are walkable, and the property is super clean and safe. "
