Beautiful newly refinished 3 bedroom 2 bath home with additional mother n law guest house and Bonus Poker Suite! All sitting on a gorgeous 3.5 acre lot. This place is a secluded paradise with large, mature Palms and Oak Trees highlighted with Florida’s signature Spanish Moss. There is a huge yard with plenty of boat and vehicle parking, as well as 2 picnic tables in a shaded Florida Palm tree oasis.
The house is about 1900 square feet and has 3 bedrooms and two full baths under roof. ALSO as an added bonus we've finished two fantastic other spaces! One is like your own private guest house with a large full bathroom and walk in closet. The other space is a poker/game room with bar and screened in porch. Message us for any questions!!
THE LAYOUT: Bedroom #1 has a King size Temperpedic mattress , with a cute sitting area, large dresser and 65 inch smart Tv. It has its own large bathroom with double sinks, and a walk in shower. It also has a closet to hang your clothes as well. There is a door out to the pool and hot tub for easy changing and entry to the lanai.
Bedroom # 2 is beautifully decorated in a Coastal theme, has a comfortable Queen pillow top Mattress and a 45 inch Roku tv. It also has a large closet, ceiling fan and charging station.
Bedroom #3 has an adorable Americana theme with full size bunks and a pull out twin trundle. All beds have very comfortable memory foam mattresses. The room also has a 40 in color tv, phone charging stations and a super cool light and star show device for the ceiling. Your kids will love it and the adults will want one too!!
There is a full bath in-between the two bedrooms. The living room has a huge 75 in smart tv, as well as a high end leather sectional, with lots of recliners . The other recliner unit sits 3 and also lets you sit back and relax!!
The pool is a nice size and recently upgraded to a salt water pool and has brand new heater and pump!! The patio around the pool was recently painted and looks fantastic. If you’d like HEAT added just let us know for a small $20 fee per day we will crank it up! Some like it very warm- just let us know!!
We also have a 3-4 person hot tub, with LED lights. Spend a quiet evening relaxing in the hot tub! The pool is surrounded by fire tiki lighting at night. The driveway and entrance has beautiful LED lighting and is a show stopper when you pull in!
Lastly, we just finished both out buildings. One is 31 x 13 and the poker house is 15 x 12. They have both been converted to fun hang out spaces equipped with Ac’s, and games.
Bonus Suite #1 is the larger of the two, and has a King bed, with a twin bunk above and below. It also has a large TV, a futon , a massaging recliner, a bucket chair, and an awesome Foosball game. It also has a newly finished walk in closet and large and beautiful full bathroom with tile shower.
Bonus Suite #2 has been newly decorated with an 8 person high end poker and/or reversible game table, a bar and a leather love seat. It also has a cute screened in porch with seating for a night time cool hang out. Lots of fun for kids, teenagers and adults alike.
In all, there are 2 King beds, a Queen bed, 2 full bunks, 3 twins and a futon . So we say the house sleeps 14 max depending on the amount of adults/kids. This is a unique property, ready for your gang who wants a super cool adventure!! It is simply a Paradise Retreat that I’m sure you badly need! Just right down the road from the water, manatees, kayaking, paddle boarding, air boats, fishing and unlimited adventure!! You have Rainbow Springs of Dunnellon right up the road, Crystal Rivers endless adventures, and Weeki Watchee and the mermaids are just a short drive. Lake Rousseau, Ingles, Homosassa River and Nature Walk are just around the corner as well.

This is a large propery but large parties are not permitted. Use of the house should be limited to guest who made reservations and their party.
