Newly remodeled cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with amazing Terrazzo floors and a ton of Florida charm. The property is ajecent to the south end of one of King’s Bay many canals with easy and convenient access to various attractions. Whether you like to walk, bike or drive this property is only minutes from public beach access or launching your boat.
Enjoy kayaking in King’s Bay, there’s no doubt you’ll see many Manatee’s and wildlife along the way to 3 Sister’s Spring’s. The property offers 6 Kayak’s for those adventure seekers, it also provides an outdoor gas BBQ Grill, a wood burning fire ring with Adirondack chairs. Additionally, being close to Fort Island Trail Beach, fishing pier, and boat launch provides ample opportunities for outdoor activities.
The property's proximity to downtown shopping, restaurants, festivals, boat docks, and golf courses ensures a vibrant and enjoyable experience. The large corner lot with a blacktop driveway provides ample parking space.
There is a screened-in front porch with wicker patio furniture and an adjacent water view that offers a lovely spot to relax and take in the surroundings.
The master bedroom offers a flat screenTV, Queen-size bed, large dresser, 2 nights stands a walk-in closet and a private bath that offers a walk in shower, back lit mirror and vanity provide comfortable retreat, while the two guest bedrooms offer a queen bed (guest #2) with double night stands and a large dresser and double twin beds (Guest #3) with nightstand, both guest rooms offer walk in closets with ample room to accommodate your belongings.

Hometown Visit
My husband and our 2 adult boys spent a long weekend in CR. My husband is from CR and we wanted enjoy all things river!! and we did!! Drinks on the river, dinner on the river, boat rental from plantation, swimming with the manatees, scalloping Saturday and fishing on Sunday. The house location is perfect about 10 min from everything! Super clean, well stocked and the hosts were great! If you want to enjoy Crystal River book this house!

This was our first vrbo rental and I'm so glad we chose this property! The owner was very responsive. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. The property was spotless and recently remodeled, the air hockey was fun, the neighborhood was peaceful and convenient to the springs, restaurants, etc. We planned to use the kayaks but ran out of time. Everything you could want was provided including k-cups for the Keurig! We had a great time and would stay there again!

Wonderful Greataway
Wanted to experience Old Florida and this was a great option. I've never stayed at a VRBO where the owner thought of everything. It was super. The house is close to everything. Paul provided information about the area and he's favorite eats. For those who do not have any interest in paddling I would highly recommend Rainbow River Canoe and Kayak. They have a full day Pontoon Rental that allows you access to the Rainbow and Withlacoochee Rivers. Having our furry babies with us was a huge plus. Thank you for being such great hosts, we will be back

Wonderful
We are 3 nurses who travel together and wanted a relaxing chill time. This was a perfect set up for us. We loved the area. The house had everything we needed, with maybe the exception of a hair dryer. We made use of the kayaks and fire pit. We are already planning a return trip with the husbands.

The home was extremely clean & well stocked. We loved the air hockey table, and the kayaks (we saw manatee, an alligator, and a shark out in the bay). The sea wall has steps on the left side to help launch kayaks. The host, Paul, was very helpful & communicative in recommending local entertainment. We felt so comfortable that we lost track of time.

Girls trip
This house was perfect for our girl’s trip to swim with the manatee. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. We actually were able to see manatee right across the street. It was amazing! We made use of the kayaks and played air hockey, which was just a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing and Affordable
My husband and I recently stayed at this awesome beautiful extremely clean little house and our trip could not have gone better. First off the screened in front porch was perfect for morning coffee and eating dinner in the evening. We used the fire pit twice and it’s so fun to hear the night noises. Extremely short drive to Winn-Dixie and to downtown and to attractions but far enough away that it was quiet and personal. Our communication with the hosts was fantastic. We were able to text and get a response in a timely manner. My husband and I will definitely be visiting this rental again and Crystal River in the future.

Wonderful Vacation House
The property has been completely remodeled. (It was unfortunately hit by hurricane Idalia.) It was the perfect house for a relaxing vacation. There is a canal adjacent to the house for easy access to kayaking. Our family would definitely stay here again.

The property was roomy and clean. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks on a few occasions. The home is loaded with many books, movies and games if you bring a family. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back

Great stay, does need extra care with cleaning staff
House worked out perfectly for our needs. We were able to park our boat at the neighborhood cememnt wall/docking area overnight (fcfs basis) that was located just to the right of the property. The beds could honestly be upgraded & the cleaning staff do a better job. A lot of missed areas & food found on the floors in several rooms. We also ran out of TP, paper towels h no dishwasher detergent to run the dishes unpon leaving. These items were discussed with the owner prior to leaving though and clearly out of the hand if using a 3rd party for their cleaning crew. Otherwise we had a great time & it is in angood location if planning on being out on the water.

Cozy and central to everything!!!
I’m not gonna lie I was initially nervous about my stay. I found myself in a unique situation as the Vrbo was purchased by someone other than who I originally booked. All I can say is wow wow wow, it was so smooth. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to get a hold of the new owners and get my confirmation set through them. While the house is older, it gives it enough charm to be cozy and quaint. This residence is located central to almost anything that you need. The grocery store up the street, or the fine dining located in Crystal River. This home is a must for families. Our family of 6 stayed at this residence with no issues. The hosts contacted me a few times during my stay, to ensure everything was going smoothly. We utilized the kayaks and bicycles along with walking the area. I felt safe at all times and never felt uneasy once about the area. The host was extremely professional, and I would not hesitate renting from them again.

We loved this old FL home!
This property was warm and inviting, felt like we were staying at grandpa's house! We had everything we needed. When using the grill, everything was provided, the kids loved using the kayaks, and fishing the canal. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Between booking our stay and check in date, the property was sold to new owners, and Paul was more than accommodating during the transition, and very helpful with any questions we had. We plan on coming back in the future!

Great location.
We had a wonderful stay. Awesome location. Steps away from the water, with access and the availability to use the onsite kayaks was very nice. We biked to most everything else as well. Not the cleanest but it was fine for us. We were confused about checkout but David was very understanding and let us check out late. The house was stocked with all the essentials plus more. Overall it was a very easy and convenient stay.

Quiet home on a channel
Overall the property was as described in the listing. There was some dust here and there but what house doesn't have that. We had a great time! I tried to get out on a Kayak and was not stable enough to continue, so my Wife went out on her own and enjoyed herself. I would definitely stay here again if when we come back.

The location of the house and the fact that they provide kayaks is totally worth it. Ive actually huilt my vacations around the favt if thus house is available or not.. it's really the only place I'll stay in Crystal River ❤️

Property could use a deep clean. Basic routine maintenance overlooked i.e. Plugged tub and disgusting AC filter. The landlord rectified right away. Not a water view. 2 Tvs and one only having cable. Location was good. Overall OK at best. No return.

Great location to kayak!
We kayaked almost everyday there. Three sisters was closed we were bummed about that, but saw plenty of manatees up close from the kayak. Beach was also close! Weather was perfect! Manatees come right into the canal. Loved it!

Spacious house with kayaks
We enjoyed our stay and here and would recommend it. The owner was friendly and helped us get the kayaks set up. This location had the specific things we needed: it was free of fragrances, had decent mattresses, came with a washer & dryer, is on a quiet street in a convenient location. I marked it down for cleanliness because previous travelers put dirty dishes in the cupboard.
