On the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe, there's a gorgeous townhome just waiting to give you the perfect mountain and lake getaway. Escape to the beautiful oasis of Crystal Bay, where you'll find peace, serenity, and lots of fun to be had. Play all day on the lake by paddleboarding, kayaking, or boating, or spend time hiking, horseback riding, or checking out the unique shopping and local eateries around town. In the winter, there's still plenty of adventure to be had with snowshoeing and downhill skiing.
Inside the townhome, you'll find a bright interior filled with natural light. You'll feel right at home gathering around the fireplace to watch a movie on the large TV mounted above it. Prepare grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the spacious kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with a King-size bed, another fireplace and TV, stocked bookshelves, and a lovely en suite bathroom. Dine alfresco on the deck or watch the gorgeous Lake Tahoe sunsets at the end of the day to create memories that'll last a lifetime.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
