"We absolutely loved our stay at Lazy River Cottage! The cottage was clean, well-decorated, and full of light. The view of the river was stunning and such a delight to observe in the mornings. David was responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this property!"

"Everthing was as described in the listing except the hot tub. That did not look like they switch out the water as often as described unless there is metal in their water that gives it the tint. There was also sand in bottom. We only went in it once. We also had trouble figuring out the arcade. Other than that it was a great time."

"We enjoyed our stay with a large gathering of friends and their families. The house was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna, as well the outdoor firepit and fishing in the pond. We also enjoyed the proximity to hiking and river rafting (which was kid-friendly). After the kids went to bed, the large dining area/ sun room provided a great space to socialize without having to worry about noise disturbing those who were sleeping. The only downside of the house was that...

The wooded property was amazing, and we loved the trail to a deck overlooking over the Delaware. Even though it was a chilly weekend we still spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and watching the eagles. Hope to visit again soon."

"We stayed for Labor Day weekend as a family of four. We found the home to be excellent location, quiet, and serene. There is a view of the lake from the front porch. It is a bit rustic, but that is what we were looking for. "

"Our family’s vacation in this home was amazing! The two levels gave options for activities on each floor. The number of bedrooms and baths served our group of 12 very well. The amenities provided so many things for us to do - even on the rainy days. Absolutely enjoyed our experience!"

"This is a neat little cozy spot near the Delaware Water Gap. My friends and I had a great time enjoying the quiet and the beautiful nature that surrounds the house. There is reliable wifi and decent cell service, and there were plenty of people around so we still felt safe. We were not accustomed to certain practices however, so be prepared. In order to access the lake, you need to have amenity badges, which was not clear to us until after we arrived (we booked understanding that amenity badges...

"Absolutely horrible experience with this property owner, Was notified one hour prior to my stay that it was cancelled for because of over booking..really !! I travelled that far and my stay was cancelled why? This has really turned me off to VRBO..I guess your company has poor communications..they said they called me, checked my call log no unknown phone calls, no messages.I messaged owner the morning of my stay for the key code for property..no answer until 2:05 pm that afternoon in a email...
