"Apartment was large, comfortable and clean. It had all the utensils and items needed to feel right at home. The surrounding area was also clean and safe… check in was a breeze and so was checkout including checkout instructions. Would definitely stay there again."

"The property itself was fine. The tv would not work and it took 3 calls to maintenance. Once they got it on, it kept skipping and freezing every 10-15 seconds for the remainder of the visit. So trying to relax was immensely frustrating, especially with 3 kids wanting to chill and watch tv. "

"This was our families first time in Massanutten and we (all 7 of us) were incredibly happy with the home and amenities! The home is positioned so you feel part of the rustic scenery. Each of us felt comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy quiet time off of the slopes. After a cold day out skiing the fireplace was wonderful to come home to. Host was attentive and responsive when I had questions. We will return in the future! "

"Walking distance to the resort (only a few minutes out on the big road) and although small is quite cozy. Check in was easy and the host was available for any issues (we didn’t have any). We had a great stay and would return to Wintergreen. "

"Family "snow" vacation; skiers, snow boarders, and tubers all had great time. We even had a couple of teens spend the day at the water park. House was very convenient and clean. Unfortunately the photos of the rooms are old. Living room only had seating for 3 people and there were only 2 dining room chairs that could be moved to provide more. No air hockey, but there was the addition of a PacMan video game. There was plenty of dishware, but very few glasses. All in all a good experience, but...

The cabin does not come with any paper products (toilet paper, paper towels,) and the nearest store is between 10-20 minutes away. "This was an amaizng VRBO. Heather was very responsive and accommodating. The codo itself is perfect for a family, or if you are a couple. As a family my kids, 8, 4 and 2 e joted the playroom nook with the Wii and the queen and twin beds. The views were spectacular. We arrived im the middle of Winter Storm Blair and got about a foot of snow dumped on us so the wood burning fireplace and board games were a hit as night creeped in. We are very thankful for heather and her VRBO and highly recommend....

"The property is nice, there is a lot to do at the resort but all the activities are fairly pricey. It is also a timeshare location so even if just trying to stay at the hotel part they try to sell you on timeshare. It’s a little annoying. Our king hotel room “had no availability” so we were upgraded to a condo which meant we were required to strip the bed, pile up all linens, take the trash out, etc etc before check out. Had I realized that I wouldn’t have accepted the “upgrade.” I never leave...
