"The owners put so much Love into making this vacation rental feel like Home Away from Home. The inside was as beautiful and Cozy as the outside! Stunning views of the Mountains and the sound of the River was so peaceful and relaxing. Fishing was fun and watching the Birds were an extra treat! Located near Great Restaurants and Shopping. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and stay warm during a weekend getaway with a beautiful Snow fall. Can’t wait to visit in the summer to do...

"We had a wonderful time! It was perfect for us. The view was beautiful and the house was updated. There is a fence in the backyard even. We have tall men in our family and the living room seating was very comfortable with leather couches that reclined. We spent Christmas there and would do it again. The host was reachable and very nice. I am so pleased. "

"The house was exactly as described. The beds were great! Everything was very clean. 10 minutes from everything. Better than expected. Well priced. We will be returning next time we visit JC. Thanks for hosting!"

"We traveled to Johnson City from Savannah Georgia to celebrate Christmas. The home was exactly as described and was decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch. I was easily able to entertain a family of five for the holidays. We would definitely stay again. Cheers!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The layout of the home is perfect for multiple families with plenty of room to spread out. It was meticulously clean and well kept! Would absolutely stay here again in the future!"

"Jackie is an amazing host. She accommodated our early check in and was very communicative throughout our stay. The home is very clean and comfortable. I will stay here again when in Kingsport. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. "

A wonderful place to sit back, relax, watch the snow fall and be entertained by the peacocks, read and just enjoy the beauty of the property. "This is a pretty cabin in a very rural setting near the Watauga river. It has a lot of windows and we enjoyed watching the cows across the street, and we also saw baby lambs. The long mountain views are awesome - we saw them covered in snow!The inside of the cabin is nice and new; although minimally decorated. The beds were very comfortable; everyone enjoyed them.One interesting aspect of the cabin was the flies. It was strange seeing so many of them in the winter with temps in the teens. I...
