This unit is furnished and ready for your stay!
Nightly rate for 2 people $140/night
*extra guest fee nightly $12.00*
12 people max allowed and that nightly rate is $260.00 which is what we would normally charge.
We have gone to the per person nightly rate to encourage those couples who want a lake front, upscale/renovated condo to book as well and not have to pay the full rate of $240.00/night.
HOA update as of June 2022-2 pet limit, all pets must be on a leash and pick up after poop every time. Dog breeds prohibited: Pit bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds and all mixes thereof.

Main level/when you walk in- 2 bdrm /2 full bath with fully furnished kitchen; living room with big screen TV; washer & dryer, walk out deck with a view.
Downstairs-2 bedrooms and one full bathroom; walk out patio to the water. 2ndary kitchen area with full size fridge and sink; bar area and shelves, living room with TV and dining/eating area downstairs.
King size bed, WiFi, pet friendly (one time fee $75.00), smoking outside only.
Propane grill on deck.
Outdoor chairs.

We are lakefront with access to Lake Catherine; you have to have a permit on your boat to use the lake and rules of HOA apply; get with owners please. Fishing you will need a local license and owners can direct you on that as well. We do not supply Kayak's etc-but they are available to rent with payment and permits at the near by marina's.

We do NOT have a swimming pool at the condo nor a hot tub; those are amenities in the Fairfield Glade area that you can have access too if you want and are pending openings/availability/service/etc.

(Update March 2019-New Flooring, new kitchens, 2 new step in showers upstairs, new deck, and gas fireplace and gas stove/oven in the kitchen )

If you secure a booking then we can request a guest pass, but we need full names of each person who might need one. the guest pass *does not pay* for amenities like golfing or a golf cart rental. It allows you access as a guest and you have to pay for your activities at The Glade, etc.

Great break in Fairfield
This is a 2 storey split level condo on the end of a row of similar properties. Main rooms and 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor with a huge basement with a further 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette. This arrangement would be great for large families as the kids could virtually have the basement for themselves. Quiet area with little noise from neighbours, although the traffic on Peavine was close and could be intrusive when sitting out on the deck. Property was generously supplied with all basic household needs including shampoo, soap, washing powder, kitchen towel etc. The few times we needed to contact Elizabeth we were answered promptly and helpfully. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and would not hesitate to book again if circumstances allow us to do so.

Yard Sale Getaway

Family Reunion
We were at Fairfield Glade for a family reunion. This place was just perfect, nice with the main level with walk in showers for our parents in their 80s and plenty of additional sleeping space in the lower level. Exactly as advertised, well stocked, had everything we needed and more! Would definitely receive a perfect score from us! Hope to be back again soon!

Great spot for 4th of July!
We were able to have a front row seat to the local Fireworks show and it was quite impressive. The condo has a lot of room and appreciated the three full baths and washer/dryer. We enjoyed our stay and spent our mornings hiking and afternoons at the pool.

Nice home and good location with nice decor and furnishings and well equipped with necessities. Much needed attention needs to be given with housekeeping. The bed sheets appeared to be dirty or maybe just stained. There was also lots of pet hair visible on everything. There was a lot of dust/dirt on surfaces, tops of appliances.

Great Fairfield Glade condo
We loved our stay at this condo! Especially enjoyed my own ā€œapartmentā€ in the lower level. šŸ˜ Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to golf courses and a couple of good restaurants, more restaurants about 15-20 minutes away. Owners were very nice when we spoke. Highly recommend staying here!

We rented the condo for 6 adult men for a golf trip. The listing says it will sleep 12, but at least 4 will have to be children as the room with bunk beds is hard for a grown adult to get in and out of the lower beds. Also, there was a lot of dust under beds and chest of drawers in the downstairs bedrooms.

Christmas in Fairfield Glade
My parents recently moved to Fairfield Glade from California and the entire family decided to go to them for Christmas this year! The location of the condo was perfect, just a short drive to their house. It was plenty big enough for all of us and it was nice to have someplace to come back to after the Christmas festivities. Our favorite part was that the condo was decorated for Christmas, including a tree! It was that extra touch that made it special. We contacted the owners a couple of times with questions (how to work the fireplace and adding extra guests) and it was always a prompt reply back. Thank you for a memorable holiday stayā¤ļøšŸŽ„

Spacious easy
Had a great stay to visit my dad. Condo was very roomy and very convenient to my day dads house. Nice view of the lake from the deck and downstairs patio. With the downstairs area having a kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and living space, this house would be perfect for two families to share but still have there own space when needed. Everything was exactly as stated and I was very pleased with the stay. Will rent again.

Great weekend get-away. We had 3 couples which worked out well since there are 3 separate bedrooms with bathrooms for each couple. We grilled steaks and watched the football game. The condo property is across the street from a convenience store which was very convenient. šŸ™‚
