"Wonderful property on Watts-Barr lake with a dock. 3rd year in a row coming down for Labor Day with friends. The dock is awesome for swimming with kiddos and keeping the boat. The boat ramp is only 10 minutes away. The water slide from the top level is thrilling for sure! The house was clean and stocked generously with cookware and dishes. Great views of the sunset and wildlife abound. Definitely on our list of places to come back to. "

Chose to have something near campus, and not separate hotels, we hadn’t seen eachother in over 20+ yrs. The accommodations were well thought out, the space was more than enough and the ease of access to campus was a breath of fresh air for us literally as we walked to the campus and were able to reminisce about old times at tech. "The property was sufficient for guys yearly gathering of brothers and friend enjoying a football game. Property was a little dated but clean. I would look to reserve again. "

"It was a great experience overall. We were just in the area overnight for a meeting and came across this place. Host was accommodating and made sure we felt at home. Everything we need was there and even left us painting supplies for the kids. Place was clean which is very important to me and it is pet friendly which is a plus! "Overall it was a good trip. The location was a little further out from town than we liked. 15 minutes to a DG and 25-30 minutes to fast food. We were running a lot for our stay, so this made it a little inconvenient. The marina restaurant was closed for the season. If you were staying at the lake and cooking, it would work better. "My teen children and I absolutely loved our stay on the farm. The house was neat as a pin and so cozy and inviting. We had everything we needed and more and so enjoyed getting to visit with Jan and the horses and watch lessons. We will be back! "
