"This home was perfect for our family of six, five adults and one teen. Very functional and beautiful. The view of the river from the dock was serene and morning coffee on the porch was a great way to start the day. Captain Cas was easily reached by text. Definitely would stay here again. "

"We had a great stay! My husband and I came to fish for the weekend, and it was so nice being close to everything but not needing to go anywhere if we didn’t want to. The bed was super comfy, the full-size appliances made it easy to cook nice meals, and the WiFi is great! "

"Had a great time celebrating our son’s 21st birthday. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! House was beautiful and very clean. We had 8 adults and we all fit comfortably. Was great to have the dock for the boat. Enjoyed swimming and floating by the dock. Was in a great location on the water, there was lots of springs we got to boat to and hang out at. "This property was the perfect spot for our little party of 3 for a weekend of scalloping. The access instructions were clear, the accomodations were comfy and cozy, and the location was convenient to everything we needed! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. "This property was lovely! My family of four stayed three nights. Each day we went to various state parks within 1 hour of this home. The natural springs were wonderful during the day, and at night, we relaxed at this quiet retreat in the hot tub and on the boat dock. We watched the sturgeon jump in the river and boats pass by. My son fished off the dock. We would highly recommend this property. There is also a grocery store not far away and a few restaurants near by. "
