"Beautil and quiet location. Ralph is easy to communicate with and leaves varied maps/info for local area. Enjoyed the trails at Otter Creek"

"Nice place, had a good time, one drawback is it is right on rt 28 so there is the traffic noise at night when having a fire. We were told to put the linens and towels in separate bags after our stay but there were no big bags, only the small kitchen garbage ones. Also no outside garbage unit so we had to keep the tied up garbage bags in the house and they started to smell. Then we had to take them to the transfer station, no biggie as we have done this before many times however this time we...

"Spent a long weekend here with my wife and dog, this place is 5-star across the board. I lost track of the number of times I’ve been here, just keep coming back, such a beautiful property. House is always clean, has everything you need. Quick Tip: Millers Meat Market in Lowville is a short drive. The food truck out in front has smoked ribs, brisket, and some other items ready for take out (open at select times so give a call before going),…you won’t be sorry paying the place a visit."

When we first entered the home, it smelled very stale like the windows have not been open in months. We found a candle and opened the windows before the rest of the guests came.
