"We stayed at this home with six couples over Labor Day. You consist of three levels with two bedrooms and a bath on each level. It had plenty of space for all of us to gather as a big group or to spread out when desired. It was beautifully and comfortably furnished. We are definitely interested in booking again sometime!"

"This property is newly renovated and as described. The views from inside as well as on the deck offer a panoramic view of Lewis and Clark Lake with amazing sunsets every night. The main living area is spacious and allows for plenty of room to socialize with family and friends. The property is a short drive from the Lewis and Clark Visitor's Center, Calumet Bluff, South Shore access point, fishing beneath the Gavin's Point Dam as well as a swimming beach at the Cottonwood Campground area."

Would have been nice if we would have had upper bedrooms with view from balcony, would then have had a much better lake view as stated in the listing. Ground level view not great. "We had a very positive experience at this property in Yankton. We did wish for one more bathroom for our group of five people, but we made it work, and the rest of the stay was great. The house has its quirks in layout, but it is VERY clean and well equipped, and the beds and bedding were all very comfortable (my husband and I slept on the king-size bed). The house was well equipped and had little extras like soap and flossers available. We contacted the host, Mariah, following our first night...
