"We spent a week here and went out everyday sightseeing and to different beaches, with lots of walks! Kamilari has a nice feeling about it, very friendly locals, some great Tavernas and a very well stocked supermarket. Not forgetting The Blues bar for cocktails! Vangelis and Tanya are really lovely people and the house was perfect Tanya even made me a birthday cake for my 60th!!"

"Unser Urlaub in Kalamaki war super! Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet was wir benötigten. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dort allein zu sein, weil die Nachbarn weit entfernt sind.:) Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, wir haben nichts vermisst. Checkin wie auch Checkout waren absolut einfach und problemlos. Wasser, Wein und Obst wurden vom Vermieter gestellt zur Begrüßung. Vielen Dank dafür. "One of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in on Crete, and excellent value. Our room had a breathtaking seaview and we'd return just for this alone. But the host, Harris, was also very friendly and attentive, telling us how to navigate down to the beach and town. Air conditioning worked like a dream and the bed was comfy. All in all a brilliant experience, and as we are frequent visitors to Crete we will be back. "
