The Red Lady, Cute 2BD in Town!

Summary:
2BD, 2BA home in CB. Walk to the shuttle stop.

The Space:
This townhouse is located in the town of Crested Butte within walking distance of everything you need.  The unit is centrally located - the heart of downtown is a quick 5 minute walk away or a 7 minute shuttle bus ride to the ski slopes. The school playground is just across the street and there are two parks nearby. The upstairs living allows for great natural light and a cozy, warm atmosphere in the main living space.  Note: There is a loft w/stairs off the kitchen behind the gas stove, but that area is now for storage as town regulations don't allow sleeping or habitation because of the lack of safe egress.

The unit has hardwood floors, a gas fireplace and in-floor radiant heat. There are two bedrooms downstairs. The primary has a king and the secondary bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a separate queen bed.  This property sleeps 6 total. There are 2 full baths, one upstairs and one downstairs.  A fully stocked kitchen set up for gourmet cooking rounds out this property. The balcony has beautiful views, a gas grill and dining table with seating for 8, plus 2 additional lounge chairs - perfect for relaxing! Note: outdoor table and chairs have been stored during winter months, so not pictured in current photos.

The unit has a full size washer/dryer. There is satellite TV in the master and family room. The master has a TV with DVD. This family friendly unit is stocked with lots of fun games just in case of a rainy day.  

You cannot find a better deal in the town of Crested Butte!

No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.  Failure to follow these rules will incur extra cleaning fees.  There is only 1 off-street parking space.

The Neighborhood:
This house is located in Crested Butte on the Southeast side of town next to the school. The business district starts a few blocs away.

Getting Around:
A car would be beneficial.

Great layout, clean and comfortable
Loved this house, plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment. The bedrooms were perfect and all of us had plenty of space. We had a small issue and the property management responded quickly and perfectly. The only down side with this property is that it's located right next to the school and on school days in the winter, there is A LOT of car traffic that a light sleeper may notice.

Great stay in Crested Butte
House is bright and roomy. Rooms were large and nicely furnished. The well stocked Kitchen was ideal for cooking some meals in which was important as the restaurants were all crazy expensive! Location close to the main street which was ideal for our family as we don't ski.

The property is well located for access to the public cross country trails and is also an easy walk to the historic district. The dining and living floor is really comfortable, warm and easy to relax in while cooking.

9 Days at the Red Lady
Very happy with our stay at the Red Lady. We would highly recommend it! Clean, comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. Open layout of the kitchen/dining/living area great for hanging out with the family while prepping meals. Great location with beautiful views of the mountains. Easy walk to town. If we have an opportunity to visit Crested Butte again, we'll definitely aim to rent this property again.

Property is set up well for ski vacations. Plenty of room as you enter to store coats, shoes and snow gear. Short walk to get to the bus stop to head to the mountain or to walk downtown. Comfortable living space and kitchen to cook your own meals!

Had a wonderful stay at the Red Lady, fit 6 women very comfortably. Kitchen is super well stocked for cooking in. Location is ideal and property manager is very communicative. Had a warm welcome from a neighbor who was so kind.

4th of July in CB
We love coming to CB every summer. We were lucky enough to stay in this wonderful home directly off the main part of town and in walking distance from Clarks. This property was very clean, and came with nice linens. The kitchen was well organized, easy to use and came with a variety of dishes, pots and pans and glassware. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this property.

Almost perfect
Everything was top notch with two minor exceptions. The TV in the main room was faulty. One quarter of the screen was very dim. Secondly there were no window shades in the back portion of the main living area so afternoon sun was very annoying.

We loved this house! It had all the comforts of home. Great bed (it was only a queen), TV and DVD player. You can check out movies from the library. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place on the edge of town
This was a great little place right on the edge of town. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything that made it feel like home. Having the grill was a nice addition. The location was within walking distance of everything we needed in town. The layout was roomy and spacious for our whole family. Our only complaint was the area construction traffic during the week started at 7AM and went right by the master bedroom. Overall, it's a great place and has everything you need to enjoy the mountains.

Great family spot!
We loved the setup and location of the house - quick access to town, restaurants, and several parks. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had internet issues and both the host and property manager were super responsive and active in trying to resolve the issues. They handled it as you'd hope and credited us for the inconvenience. It was a fantastic vacation - we'll be back!!
