This cute and convenient pet-friendly condo is ideally located - just a few blocks from Crested Butte's best public parks and amenities, including the Slate River, Nordic Trails, the pet and bike friendly Recreation Path, the Center for the Arts, and of course, all the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment available in Historic Downtown Crested Butte. The free Mt. Express shuttle stops just up the road every 15 minutes for a 6 minute ride to the base area at Mt. Crested Butte.

Park your vehicle in your own private spot, and enjoy all the hiking, biking, skiing, and relaxing that Crested Butte has to offer, just out your front door.

This condo sleeps 4-6 in beds and features recent remodels and cozy furnishings! The living spaces have an open layout with a newer LCD Smart TV to stream all your favorites on Netflix or Amazon. Enjoy meals at the bar height dining table with built in bench and stools.

The master is located on the second floor and boasts a king bed. The bathroom is recently upgraded with a slate tile shower. Also off this level is a sunny deck with exterior seating!

If you are looking for value but not looking to compromise on location, this is the perfect property for your friends, family, and your pets too!

Bedding Arrangement Breakdown:
1st Bedroom: King-size Bed
2nd Bedroom: Queen-size Bed
2.5 Bedroom: Queen-size Bed (located on the second level and separated by a half wall and curtain for privacy. Please note that this is not a full separate bedroom.)

*The Heartleaf Condo is located directly next door in the same building. Rent both units for larger groups who need privacy but want to be close by.

We are always happy and willing to assist with ski and bike rentals and to share our local knowledge.

**Disclosures:

**Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with the management company details of which will be provided on reservation.

*Well-behaved pets are considered (2 dog max, max weight 50 lbs, sorry, no cats. $100 + tax per pet, per visit.

*There are two designated, off street parking spaces for this unit. Please note that during the winter season only one parking space is guaranteed due to snow removal. During the winter season, please be sure to abide by the posted Winter Parking Laws to avoid ticketing/towing.

*While we try to keep our calendars updated, it is possible that new reservations have not yet been added to the VRBO calendar. Please click the "Contact Manager" button to inquire with the office for the most accurate availability.

*A security deposit is required in the form of either a damage insurance policy or a $1,500.00 refundable deposit.

*Pets are allowed (2 dog max, sorry no cats) with an additional pet fee of $80 per pet.

***** Early check-ins and or late check-out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorization from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am  without preauthorization will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.

****Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountain Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. Please see Vail's website for opening and closing dates for the mountain resort, as these dates change year to year: https://www.skicb.com.
****Cancellations: Please familiarize yourself with our posted cancellation policy. Please note that due to Crested Butte’s limited rental seasons, no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel or alter your booking outside of the posted cancellation policy window.
**** The US Postal service does not deliver to households in Crested Butte, should you require items shipped to your property during your stay, we recommend using UPS or FedEx, and insuring these items. Watchdog is not responsible in any way for any items you choose to have shipped to any of our properties, and will not forward or store any shipped items that may arrive early or late, this is your responsibility, thank you for your understanding. If you have shipping needs for legitimate medical reasons, please contact the Watchdog Office for assistance.

**** Please note that in the winter months access to this unit's private parking may require a four-wheel-drive vehicle. Although the alley and driveway are plowed. These areas may become bumpy and narrow, due to snow storage and Conditions created by melting snow.

Great location
The place was clean and looked just like the photos. It was a perfect location for catching the shuttle up to the ski lifts and only about a 3-4 minute drive to the grocery store/downtown. You could walk, but it was cold during our trip. Definitely would stay again!

LDW getaway
Great stay at this property for Labor Day weekend. Exactly as pictured but even cozier. Bed was comfy, stayed cool at night and great balcony right off of the bedroom! Sofa was comfy. TV had Netflix which was a nice plus! Highly recommend and would stay again !

Perfect location and lovely, clean and updated home in an adorable neighborhood.
Perfect for walking access into town, only a couple of blocks to the ski shuttle, and an opportunity to meet local neighbors and visitors from all over. Comfortable beds, updated and quaint decor, and management and owner were friendly and available.

Adorable Condo
Eclectic nicely furnished condo with cozy upstairs loft and quirky architectural touches, such as a small stained glass bathroom window; and tons of pillows :). It is obvious the host put consideration and effort into every detail. Very comfortable beds. Some mountain views upstairs. Modern smart TV for streaming downstairs . Washer and Dryer for a bit longer stays, very convenient. Pet friendly for well behaved furry family for additional fee. Quiet nice neighbors which is important as houses are close together. Hope to stay again this summer.

Fantastic place!
Awesome location and beautiful place. Would definitely stay here again. One note- the property entrance is actually in the alley. I didn’t see any indication of that on the listing so we went to the street address side and waded around in snow until we found the condo in the alley.

This property is a great location for dog walks, CB restaurants and activities. It had everything we needed to cook our meals. The storage area for our bikes was a bonus. Most importantly, it was very clean when we arrived.

We enjoyed our stay. We liked being close to town. Friendly dogs in neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. The shower upstairs is excellent! The window in one bedroom was broken -not repaired. The rooms were very dark- need more lighting in the kitchen. We had difficulties with the TV. Someone came to help but unable to get regular channels . Thanks. Bess

Great location and a great stay
This condo is in a great location - close to the shuttle stop for the mountain and easy to walk in to the main part of town! The condo was cozy with a VERY well equiped kitchen and lots of little extras that made the stay much easier with two kids under 10. I had to contact someone one day and they responded quickly so it was no real issue overall. We would definitely stay again.

Very happy with our stay at this well equipped home. It was -15 our first night there but the heat and the hot water flowed freely. The unit was clean, cozy and close to town.
