"Our family of four immediately felt comfortable in this home. We thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtful layout of the house that provided nice personal space as well as multiple group spaces to enjoy as a family. The house was super clean and decorated so well. We wish we could have stayed longer. The location was also perfect for our daily trips to the Redwood Forest, and the breathtakingly beautiful beach with lighthouse views was only a block away. This home is a true gem."

"Our small family just had an amazing stay here. The gorgeous crystal clear Smith River is visible/walkable from the back porch, and this is a *perfect* home base location to see the Redwoods in the prime JS area. Joe the host was super friendly and let us use his canoe on the beautiful river, we had a little campfire out back and he has an active orchard/garden going on. Joe pressed some apples and gave us a jug of apple juice that was unforgettable! They also had a Golden Retriever dog Nellie...
