"We stayed at The Bowling Cottage for part of spring break. The cottage was absolutely gorgeous, had everything we needed for our stay, and was extremely clean. We enjoyed bowling and billiards at our leisure. Communication with the property manager was easy and clear, they are very responsive and helpful. The grounds are equally as impressive as the cottage. We enjoyed walking trails, the horses, and the beautiful buildings. The location was perfect as well. We felt secluded in the country...

"This was likely the most well stocked and prepared short term rental we have ever stayed at. Quality of knifes, pots and pans, excess trash bags, dishwasher pods, storage containers. "My husband and I absolutely fell in love with this place. The river is perfect and having the screened in porch was great! We saw so many deer! It was magical! We will definitely be visiting again!!"

"Beautiful property with lots of amenities for the family. Plenty of space, lots of games including pool,darts,arcade games,shuffleboard,and air hockey. Sauna and hot tub! Just amazing with gorgeous views. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms spacious and plentiful! I would highly recommend the property as with my entire family! Very communicative host Kathy!"

"Loved our stay. Beautiful cabin ! Even better than the pictures . I felt like we were in the top of trees . It is a steep drive up but manageable, even with the leaves on the road. The oven broiler did work but not the oven. There was an air fryer in the cabinet as well. "

"It was good. There was only 1 roll of paper towels for a 3 night, 4 day stay. There was shredded lettuce dropped on the inside of the refrigerator. You couldn't watch the same thing on any tv on the property."

"We were very pleased with the beautiful accommodations and the amazing view. We were most comfortable there and appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, game area, hot tub, and fireplace. However, we wished there had been a few basic items in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, and perhaps a few other common spices. Recommend an all-wheel drive vehicle to reach this beautiful top-of-the-mountain gem :) It was such a beautiful, fun drive."

"The room was clean and the mattress comfortable. The breakfast and coffee was terrible. If you are looking for a clean comfortable room for a reasonable price it serves your purpose. Don't expect any extra amenities or a good breakfast. "

"This lodge was very affordable, close to downtown shopping with many great restaurants within a short drive. The room was clean and loved the cabin feel that our room had. Luxury king. They had a nice continental breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. Although we did not make use of it, they had a fire pit available near our end of the lodge. I would stay with them again."
