Sullivan Stone Lodge is an upscale complex that loves families. Townhomes here have spectacular amenities and an extraordinary location on the hill. Parking for 2 vehicles (one in the garage: 222" max depth + one outside).

SSL unit #16 is the end unit, upper/Mountain Side, at the end of the lane at Sullivan Stone Lodge - just above the skiers bridge. You'll enjoy the ultimate spot for ski-in and ski-out plus the great views! Commanding Mountain and Valley views from the kitchen, dining, living room and master suite are beautiful. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath (1,960 sq.ft).

The Kimberley Conference & Athlete Training Centre, Kimberley Alpine Resort (KAR, @SkiKimberley, #mykimberley, Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc., or, RCR), and Trickle Creek Golf Course are only a few minutes drive back down the hill.

Secure Wi-Fi throughout. Privately owned 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Sullivan Stone Lodge townhome is located on the ski run 'MAIN' at the Kimberley Alpine Resort. You will be just 20 steps to go skiing (two steps coming back in) and you are adjacent to the Nordic Center for cross country skiing, or, Summer-time hiking and mountain biking trails.

A great family spot in the winter, spring, summer or fall. Sullivan Stone Lodge is an upscale complex catering to families and mature adults creating a relaxing retreat all year long. From May-October you will have access to several golf courses within a 20 minute drive. Our home has central air conditioning if the higher elevation mountain breezes don't cool you down enough in the evening.

Sullivan Stone Lodge Unit #16 includes hardwood and tile flooring throughout. Upgrades to: Furniture, Flooring, Beds, Towels, Cotton Sheets, Appliances and TV's plus extra side windows make this a unique Sullivan Stone Lodge property. Open floor plan provides superior views to the mountains, valley, ski hill, and the quad chair lift - enjoy watching the skiers in the winter and the deer in the summer.

MAIN level features a wide open great room (kitchen, dining & living rooms), covered balcony, kid's bedroom and half-bathroom. It is very spacious with high ceilings, lots of windows, two leather sofas and two leather chairs plus a games table. There's a gas fireplace, Sony 65 inch 4kHDTV+PVR and Blu-Ray DVD. Dining table seats eight (8) comfortably and the kitchen bar, or games table, can seat four more. The kids' bedroom sleeps four (4) in the bunk bed with full size lower, twin upper and twin trundle (roll-out), a 20in flat screen TV/DVD, full closet and storage chest. Out front towards the Rockies is the covered outdoor balcony with gas grill and outdoor dining table.

The back door off the main level provides direct ski access with a few dozen hooks, boot dryer plus outdoor ski locker and a bench.

The UPPER level has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with the private hot tub on the back deck. Master suite is very generous in size and amenities... full bath, awesome view of the Rockies, king-size bed, sofa (plus queen sofa-sleeper), 42in HDTV, full size closet, desk and chair plus full dresser. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, 42in HDTV, full size closet and storage chest plus full bath off the hallway. Full sized washer and dryer are also on the upper level. Access to the hot tub is thru the upstairs hallway.

LOWER level provides street & garage access plus extra hooks for jackets and a bench..

Our unit is perfect for 4 adults plus 4 kids for the best privacy and can sleep up to 8 in beds and up to 10 including sofa beds. This is a non-smoking and no-pets home. Furniture was custom designed and produced locally with the wood pieces from Tree Fever which was in downtown Kimberley.

K I M B E R L E Y ... is a four season resort town in the Kootenay Rockies of British Columbia, just west of the Rocky Mountains. Enjoy the downtown Platzl, providing a walking area that is the heart of the town and a center for live music, shopping and dining. Lots of great fishing, hiking, cycling and exploring and the Sullivan Mine tour during the summer months.

S K I : Kimberley Alpine Resort is perfect for families, with 70+ runs from beginner to expert. Majority of runs are Blues and Greens, but Single and Double Black Diamond runs are there for you brave ones. Night skiing on scheduled nights. If you have been on the ski hill, #16 is the end unit on skiers right just before you cross the ski bridge. DOES NOT GET ANY EASIER THAN THIS. Want to stop in for lunch or a quick warm-up? No problem. Beware, you will feel spoiled!

G O L F : Sullivan Stone Lodge is within minutes of several great golf courses, offering a broad range of difficulty. In order of distance: Trickle Creek, Purcell Golf (Kimberley Golf Club), Bootleg Gap, St. Eugene Mission, Shadow Mountain, Wildstone, Fairmont Riverside and Mountainside, Copper Point, Eagle Ranch, Greywolf and Radium Resort.

Best location & Views!
This property exceeded our expectations! The ski-in/ski-out access was truly unbeatable – we were right on the slopes. Relaxing in the hot tub while watching skiers and snowboarders was a highlight. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. We had an amazing time and can't wait to return next year! Highly recommend!

Amazing Views!
This unit has gorgeous large windows on 3 sides because its an end unit. The condo is clean and bright, and open. It was a good fit for our family of 7. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms had plenty of floor space. The bunkbed room is falsely advertised, however. There is no ladder to get up to the top bunk and the safely rail on the top bunk isnt a rail at all, but rather a flimsy piece of wood that is not attached to the bed, just resting on the frame for show. No child or adult in my party was able to use the top bunk. We took the mattress off the bunk and used it on the floor. There was plenty of space for it on the floor and then everyone was comfortable. There are a lot of stairs in the units at Sulivan Stone, including stairs to get from the parking level to the kitchen, so we were glad that we had strong members in our party to haul our groceries and our luggage up and down. The kitchen in this condo is well stocked and open and clean, and we enjoyed our family meals around the large table. Overall, we had a fabulous time and will come again!

Perfect ski getaway
Our family of 5 recently had the pleasure of staying at Hugh’s place. Everything was perfect. My wife is very meticulous when it comes to the cleanliness of vacation rentals. She was extremely impressed by how spotless Hugh’s place was. We all were impressed, but when my wife gives it 5 stars, I know it must be good. Hugh was very accommodating as we needed to shorten our stay by a day for travel reasons and he was quick to reimburse us. The location is the best you’ll find on the ski hill. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Ski Destination
Excellent property for ski vacation. Hugh was a fantastic host with great timely communication. Our original rental dates were during an extreme cold spell when skiing would have been impossible. Hugh was very kind and flexible allowing us to shift our reservation by a few days to avoid the extreme cold. Of course this depended on availability at the time and luckily for us it was available. Many thanks to Hugh though for accommodating our request. Was amazing being able to ski out the back door directly to lift. Was super convenient to ski directly back to property for breaks/lunch before heading out again. Night skiing was directly out the back door. Property was very cozy and comfortable with beautiful gas fire place. Very nice kitchen/dining area for preparing and serving all meals. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Lots of room for all family members. Master bedroom was very spacious with a great ensuite. Heated garage was great for parking/loading/unloading. When we needed to drive down to the ski village it was an approximate four minute drive. Property was an approximate two minute drive to the Nordic skiing. Overall this is an amazing property in an amazing location. Made lots of great. Definitely hope to return. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great ski getaway.

Amazing views, cozy place
We can confidently say that it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the convenience of being right on the slopes. We were able to simply walk out the door, clip on our skis, and hit the mountain without any hassle. Throughout our stay, we appreciated the ability to easily take breaks and return to our room whenever we needed to. Whether it was to grab a quick snack, warm up, or change into a different layer, we never had to worry about trekking to and from the mountain to do so. One of the highlights of our ski-in ski-out experience was being able to watch the sunrise and sunset from our balcony. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we felt so lucky to have such a prime location for enjoying the natural beauty of the mountains. Overall, our ski-in ski-out experience was nothing short of amazing. It was a true ski vacation in every sense of the word, and we can't wait to do it again.
