"The location is superb right on the water. The house is lovely and had everything we needed! We had a slight issue gaining access, but the host was very responsive and helpful, so it was resolved immediately. Would definitely recommend and stay again, our toddler didn't want to leave!"

"The staff were superb, friendly, helpful, welcoming, and they went out of their way to ensure that I had a pleasurable experience. I stayed in the Penthouse which didn't have a charging point for my toothbrush or shaver in the bathroom, and the coffee served at breakfast was terrible! Besides these two minor setbacks, the hotel is in a great location in the city centre opposite the train station, albeit the decor of the hotel is rather old but it does have a certain charm about it."
