"The property does have a slight slant on the first floor which can be fun after a few adult beverages. The house was clean and provided all the things i needed. The host communicated the door number the morning off as promised. The only complaint i would have is the pool table is too big for that room and the dart board is missing the darts. I would rent this house again next time I'm in Roanoke. "

"This property is in a beautiful area with stores, restaurants and walking trails only a couple minutes away. It is obvious from the lovely decor that Evelyn wants her guests to feel at home. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets/pillows and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was truly a peaceful stay and we 10/10 recommend! "

"Lovely little home in the mountains on a horse farm. We enjoyed our stay so much. House had everything we needed. Only had to being food and clothing. I needed to adjust our booking and the owner responded right away and was so helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend "

"I visited in the fall with some college friends for a game weekend, and had an incredible stay! The house is beautiful and in a great location, walking distance to campus and downtown. "This place was located in a great spot if you want to explore downtown Roanoke by foot or a cheap Uber. It’s a 20 minute drive to some awesome hikes, golfing, a mall, and the Dixie caverns. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our first time visiting Roanoke. Added bonus you can see the Roanoke star from the front porch at night!"

"We had a very enjoyable stay here! The couches were comfortable, as were the beds. An easy drive to nearby restaurants and breweries, but in a quiet neighborhood. More chairs at the kitchen table or another table with chairs downstairs would be a good addition."

"Cool cabin, peaceful and quiet. Very basic items were provided. Bring your own kitchen and bath items, like baking dish, spices, cooking oil, condiments, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc. Washer and dryer in the bathroom was convenient. You have to hand wash dishes since no dishwasher. Trout in the pond are used to being fed with fish food rather than hunting for natural food. Lol. Saw couple turkeys and couple deer around the pond. Lots of birds and squirrels."
